Good clean bed linen and pillows that did not smell musty. Excellent heating and bathroom facilities. Excellent continental breakfast with efficient staff and quick service. Good parking facilities on the premises. Nice inroom tea facilities
Windows that were broken, did not lock properly and stuck down with duct tape! Curtains missing curtain hooks and hanging off the rail. Poor location of power points to plug in the kettle and no power point for my wife's hair dryer near the mirror!

The price was excellent value for money.
The room was ok, clean etc but window catches missing, so was noisy in the morning from the traffic and road cleaning. Breakfast only served between 7am & 9am, after a night out and checking out is 11am, I feel breakfast could have been extended until 10am, had no desire to get up so early, so didn't have breakfast.

They are the first impression of Elms Hotel and some leave a lot to be desired. If the above can be rectified, yes i would stay in the hotel again should there be another event at the Arena." Hotel location near to venue of attendance and the prices were reasonable.
Hotel passage carpets and landings dirty needing shampoo cleaning. Staff who attended to us gave us a form to complete and we completed all the details including the registration number for our car but they didnt show us where to park until we met a council ticket issuer who told us the roadside parking is for permit holders and we should ask the hotel where to park, only then were we told, they excuse is tey didnt know we had a car, what was the reason for completing the form if they didnt see that we had a car, then they turn around and say they have a sticker on the check in desk to say there is parking, whilst checking in can i read all the notices that are on the table and around the reception area, emphatically No. It can be done better. Please supply a box under the questions that have other as an option otherwise the feedback isnt a true reflection without knowing what the other is about, thank you.

The kettle in our room didnt work, there wasnt any spoons to make a drink either. The mattress on one of the beds was very old with a large indentation in it,which made it extremely uncomfortable to sleep.

"There was no real view from the window but for an overnight stay in a hotel at this price it wasn't a problem - if you are planning on spending a long time here you might find you miss looking out. Staff were friendly, Room was clean, cooked breakfast was lovely and very good value for money. Lots of hot water and lovely big window which let in lots of fresh air.

Reasonably priced and offered clean, quiet accommodation very close to Wembley Central tube station. Plenty of bars and places to eat within short walking distance of hotel. Wembley area/stadium about 15 mins walk from hotel.
Breakfast choice was a little limited and breakfast area could be a little cleaner.

"Served our purpose very well - that being visiting Wembley stadium - 15 minute easy walk. Highly recommend. For that matter tube station 5 minute walk and 20 minutes to central London so ideal base for weekend in London with eay access by car ( If nothing on at Wembley - roads nightmare if is an event day )" (107878036)
Continental breakfast was excellent
On site parking was full had to park further up street in another properties garden. Lost a lot of sales due to 1 person manning bar and reception Friday night. People went elsewere.

V Good that after a 4.30am start we arrived at the hotel about 0915hrs to park the car, but the hotel let us book into a room straight away (should have been 2pm) so we where able to have a couple of hours sleep before venturing out.

The first room I was given, had not been cleaned. I complained to receptionist, and they gave clean towels. I then went out. On arrival back (12.30am) it took me 20mins to try and get back into the hotel as the front door was locked, and no one was available to open the front door. Plus door bell did not work. I then went to my room, and my stuff was moved to another room. Other room was ok.

Staff most helpful in sorting out some of the bad points. Breakfast was good.
Booking in form asked for credit card details. Staff accepted that we did not need to put these down. Paid for room on arrival. Car park small and guests asked to leave car keys if going out. Staff accepted that our car would not cause an obstruction and we did not leave keys. Main light in room did not come on immediately but staff sorted this. Light over mirror not working. Cobweb above wardrobe and top of wardrobe needed dusting. (Would have pointed out these to duty staff in morning but he was occupied.)

Good Location to Wembley Areana
Bathroom door would not shut, no plug in sinck in bathroom, kettle not working properly. Fire alarm activated at 3.30 am but no directive at the time. There was no fire and no explanation regarding cause.

"Zoals vermeld zijn er enkele dingen die verbetering behoeven maar over het algemeen zijn we, zeker gezien de prijs, tevreden. " (107994626)
Het boeken via internet verliep vlekkeloos. Gezien de locatie van het hotel (In de metropool Londen en vlak bij Wembley Arena en stadion) alsmede de kwaliteit is de prijs alleszins redelijk. Afgezien van het feit dat 's-morgens (10-11-08) enkele vakwerklieden vrij vroeg met een klus in het hotel begonnen, was het erg rustig in het hotel en hadden we weinig last van lawaai uit de omgeving.
De medewerker die ons hielp bij de chek-in was niet bepaald vriendelijk en gastvrij.De stoffering/inrichting kan wel een face-lift gebruiken. Met name de stoelen/fauteuils in de ontvangstruimte zijn doorgezakt en de bekleding is kapot. Alhoewel het allemaal werkte zou de bij de kamer behorende douche / toilet-ruimte moeten worden gerenoveerd.
