  "It was easy to find and locate, even at night. The staff were helpful and efficient, even on Sunday when it seemed like everyone wanted to check out at the same time. The breakfast buffet had a local flavour. The choice of pillows was a nice touch and a very comfortable one!" (107980745)

  We choose the Holiday Inn when we go on Holiday in major cities because we like the brand reliability and consistency worldwide. The food is always good and the Edinburgh stay was no exception. The staff are always high quality. The Edinburgh location has great views from the rooms..over to the Castle and City.

  Occasionally we find minor irritations get overlooked, mainly related to plumbing or electrical defects. Perhaps the Holiday inn could do a little better in the area of maintenance of these items...showers are particularly prone to wear and tear and need to be checked more often than they are....

  "We have stayed twice within a month and have been very pleased with the room, the price, the service and the consistency. " (107734815)

  Very welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable room and restaurant. Excellent value for money. City centre easily accessible by bus.

  "I only stayed overnight and as I arrived late I didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked OK. Breakfast was buffet style and as usual only luke warm." (107302320)

  I arrived late at night but still received a friendly welcome. Romm had a seperate sitting area and was welcoming.

  Shower cubicle was a little too small. Lager was £3.80!

  Very helpful restaurant and bar staff extremely polite
