    THE BEDS WERE CLEAN AND THE BEDDING VERY CLEAN. NEAR TO TUBE STATION FOR ACCESS TO CENTRAL LONDON

    The staff were helpful, the location good for the event we were going to and the breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was nice and spacious

    Room was maybe a little small compared to the size of the bathrom and the decor could have done with a freshen up

    Room was very dirty, bathroom sink hanging off wall, red mould around the shower, shower curtain not clean, breakfast had been cooked before serving and placed in microwave to warm up, meaning cold sausages etc, milk at breakfast had black floating bits in it. Hotel lost their copy of the switch receipt, and had to make a copy of the customer copy.

    "Very warm, accomodating, and helpful staff. Clean, orderly room. Staff drove us to a restaurant the evening of arrival and arranged for a 5am breakfast to accomodate our early morning airport departure. Location only a five minute walk from tube station.     We stayed at this hotel because of it's loation close to the tube station, easy access from the M4 and affordablilty

    Although the room we stayed in was in it's clean the general appreance of the building wasn't very good, it looked like the hotel that jack built.

    "Normally I would choose to stop at a Travel Lodge or similar, But on this occasion was looking for accomodation close to a certain car park, and this fitted the bill. I did not make a fuss as this was just for one night, a small room with a double bed for " (99550552)

    The full english breakfast was excellent.

    The general condition was rundown, no money spent on decor, cupboards and funishings. Even the front desk was off putting due to its run down state.

    "For an overnight stay the hotel provided us with a clean, comfortable bed, and a good breakfast; however I would not book this hotel for a stay of longer duration." (99503127)

    The breakfast was excellent - the staff were very helpful and gave us a room in which to shower ( as the shower in our room did not work despite an electrician being there.

    The room was on the ground floor and as such we couldn't have the window open fir fresh air during the night. Also near the reception so other guests disturbed us as they were extremely noisy when they arrived back to the hotel in the early hours of the morning,

    "Unfortunately we booked in a hurry and I didn't read the previous reviews, I would never have booked if I had. The accomodation was not clean, with dirty marks on most walls and fittings,although the bedding appeared clean, but very old.None of the furniture matched,making it resemble a junk shop. There was a hole in the carpet covered by a small mat and a plug socket hanging off the wall.The breakfast was adequate and the night porter who also served breakfast friendly and helpful."     extremely hard bed meant poor sleep. Damp in bathroom + smell of damp. Too early breakfast finish time for leisure visitors. Bare lightbulbs + run-down appearance off-putting.

    Closeness to local venues (Twickenham Rugby Ground) and helpful staff. Open all through the night with staff which is useful.

    Not very clean (bed and bathroom were fine but coving was covered in cobwebs) and the electrics looked slightly dodgy and so we didn't dare use the kettle in the room!! The decor of the room was very old looking - looks like it hasn't been updated since the 70s!
