    "Sadly the food let the hotel down very badly" (107625612)

    The staff in the leisure complex were very pleasant

    The food was appalling. We sent the starter back because the rocket looked as if it had been around for a week,the garnish on the main course was the same. The potatos were inedible and again looked reheated

    Facilities in room all ok.

    "This is the third time we have used this hotel as it is convieniently located to visit family and friends we have never had any problems before and were very shocked and disappointed this time." (107955627)

    Receptionist was very pleasent and polite.

    Cold disgusting breakfast was returned twice. No hot water for shower in morning. Sweltering temperature in room all night. Very loud party and loud drunk guests into early hours of morning. Staff seemed overwhelmed by workload. Duty mnager did not contact us to discuss our concerns/complaints

    "I was satisfied with the accommodation. It was very clean and mainly comfortable. I would recommend the Holiday Inn to friends." (99576632)

    Very clean throughout. The double bed was lovely and soft

    The bed settee was hard. The room needed another rubbish bin apart from the one in the bathroom. No writing materials.Only two cups when three people were booked into the room.Couldn't open the window. It was not clear how to work the air conditioning system.

    It was convenient for our weekend

    We had to change rooms as the shower didn't work in the first room; and breakfast was VERY expensive for what it was!!!
