    "The accommodation was comfortable with a good standard of cleanliness." (97250134)

    Room was large and well furnished. En suite was roomy with good facilities. The breakfast was excellent.

    The balcony outside our window appeared to be a common balcony and gave rise to a feeling of a lack of privacy, although no-one was ever seen on the balcony. A hand shower was not provided in the bath.

    Convenient location for Galway City.

    Accomodation expensive especially as breakfast not included in price.

    "I would use this hotel again if wished to be near Galway. There was also a very convenient bus sercvice to the city. Breakfast was excellent. Your staff are very welcoming." (99072529)

    We were surprised and delighted with the relaxed and comfortable atmosphere in this hotel. It was also good value.

    "The food service in the hotel bar was very poor. We arrived around 3pm and tried to get some food to keep us going until the wedding reception. We were told that we could not order any food. We then tried to get crisps at the bar and they had none. We then had to go to a Pringles machine down stairs. This machine only took exact change of 1.50 per tin (which the barman did not know). I put in 3 euros expecting to buy 2 boxes but I was only returned one and had no option to select a second. When leaving the following morning, we were again meet by the friendly barmaid from yesterday who told me again that we could not order food. We arrived down at 12pm hoping to get some breaffast. We were told that breakfast was closed at 12, so we asked could we get order from the lunch menu. We were told then that this was not available until 12.30. That was enough for us so we left to getr food elsewhere." (99998444)

    room was fine, nice size. No real complaints

    No breakfast included in the price of the stay. This should be standard.

    The hotel was very clean, and warm, Staff very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, and the whole hotel gave a lovely relaxing feeling. It was just perfect, i couldnt ask for the nicer and the price was very reasonable. I will certainly be back.

    Everythin was excellent, very clean, all in working order and staff vey helpful

    Lack of light in bedroom. Difficult to read. Table in window alcove nedded a light over or near it. Small table lamps did not give sufficient general lighting

    "We enjoyed a swim in the swimming pool on our arrival, (but needed to buy swim hats as they are compulsory!) and then had a superb dinner in the hotel that evening. The staff could not have been more helpful, and were able to respond quickly to replace the broken kettle in our room." (99241818)

    Quiet room with good facilities. Excellent helpful staff made our stay a delight.

    It would be nice to be in village setting for easier access to village life, music, etc, rather than on a main road.

    "There was live music at the hotel on the Friday night and while I have no objection to people enjoying themselves I do object to being woken up at 12 midnight with the music which was on the floor directly below and was very loud. Then, when it finished at 1am there were people directly outside our window shouting and laughing until 2.20am. There were also a group of people who turned up at the hotel after a night out at 4am who banged on the door and shouted to be let in!!! We were refunded the money for Friday night but I would have rather had a decent nights sleep. I think they should ensure that guests are aware of the noise when they check in and they should ensure where possible to put guests on the second floor at the back of the hotel." (3305347189)

    Staff were friendly and accommodating. Late check out was granted with no problem.

    The jacuzzi in the pool area was so full of chlorine that it bleached the color out of my blue bathing suit and I had to throw it away.

    "A lovely hotel, lovely big spacious airy room. Friendy staff,great leisure centre. Love the idea of room alone, not under pressure to get up for breakfast, which you do feel when its included in price!" (3305022537)

    Lovely spacious room as i had 3 young kids, lovely swimming pool,sauna steam room and jacuzzi. friendly staff and v.clean.Found it very handy our room be close to pool

    I guess it could be cheaper but so could everything else in Ireland.

    "From check-in we had a very psitive feel for the hotel principally due to the welcome received by hotel staff. Our room was well appointed and clean. Food in the hotel bistro was excellent and staff went out of their way to create a relaxed ambience.. On a negative point,carparking was on occasion trying given that the hotel catered for wedding parties and many of the spaces intentended for residents were occupied by 'visiting' guests. A triviality but worth noting particularly if travelling with children or elderly....there's no access to hotel from the rear of the hotel. Also noteworthy is the apparent lack of diabled access to the hotel." (3304991680)

    Location. Would have preferred to be more centrally located to Galway city.Car parking was quite limited.

    "We loved everything about the hotel! Great stay & will definately recommend. The hotel offered complimentary wifi & parking which was brilliant. The atmosphere in the bar on Sunday night was excellent & we felt like we were in our local. Excellent service & very enjoyable!!" (3304857051)

    The accommodation was excellent & the staff really went out of thier way to be helpful, friendly & efficient. Will definately stay again!!
