    Unlike their purple branded competition, this hotel has proper draft beer. Check out the reasonably priced evening meal upgrade.

    excellent room very spacious, bed clean and comfortable, hotel nice and quiet at night nice fluffy towels, good shower for a hotel

    stayed three nights and not until last day did we get shampoo/shower gel etc. we thought we had to provide our own - which we did.

    wasnt clear that couldn't pay online would have preferred to than pay at check in

    Overall excellent experience, hotel great, food great. Highly recommend.

    Had problem with room key/card activation. But staff resolved the issue. So no real problem to report.

    Clean spacious hotel. Staff very friendly. Quite comfortable stay.

    When I entered the post code into my Sat Nav system it took me to a housing estate about 3 miles from the hotel. I could not find the hotel by the street name either. On my eventual arrival I could see that the area has been recently built up and the post code and strret names were new. Expensive bar.

    "My wife, son and self were amazed and very pleased at the high standard of the accommodation. The room was clean the beds comfortable and spacious. The TV was a decent size (unusual in many hotels!) The car park was large and well laid out. Staff who we dealt with were polite, efficent and friendly. I would unhesitantly recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends." (107315617)

    Very helpful staff, clean and modern building, facilities very good.

    The breakfast was a bit disorganized on the Friday morning.(Not much food was available) We put it down to the fact that perhaps a lot of guests had an early breakfast. We still enjoyed the breakfast, we just had less then perhaps we would normally(Not so bad , as we had had a very nice meal in your restaurant the night before )

    The hotel room was very tidy and it was nice to see bottles of water in the rooms and it was nice that we did not have to check out until 12.00 as most hotels make you check out at 10.00 which people like to have lyings when been out the night before.

    When travelling to stay at the Future Inn we used a Sat Nav and keyed in the post code that was given on the confirmation form however we got lost, when phoned reception to get directions we were told a different post code and he didnt kn ow how to give us directions which we still got lost. We had to stop someone for directions and was told that it was in a new area and that the Sat Nav wouldnt give the right directions. This should have been told when we called the reception. The hotel information in the rooms confirmed that the hotel bar was open till 1.00, however when we returned from our wedding evening do we went to the hotel bar at 11.30 but was kicked out at 12.00 by the barman. Overall tho the stay was good and would recommend to others

    Easy Access/parking

    Told upon check-in that records showed my reservation cancelled. Assured staff that I did no such thing and produced my booking confirmayion. Had to wonder how this could have happened - no explanation was forthcoming. Fortunately they had rooms.

    Large well-equipped room. Resturaunt served very good quality food at a reasonsble cost. Modern lay-out & decor.

    Nowhere really to relax with a drink & a book in the evening. Too formal in that respect.

    Wired ethernet broadband turned out to be free in our room. Friendly staff in hotel and restaurant. Food was good and well presented.

    None really. The only minor problem was that there was only one bedside table. One table each side of a double bed would be more convenient!

    "A refreshing change to stay in a hotel that offered modern facilities at a sensible price. Convenient location, easy to find and lots of free parking. Staff were helpful and efficient. Public areas well equipped and presented. Free internet access in all areas. The bedroom was spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hotel was opening in 2006 and still appears to be brand new. I will definitely use this hotel again when in the Plymouth area and its sister establishment in Cardiff. " (107966418)

    Modern, clean and up-to-date hotel. No tatty or tired decor; excellent facilities. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in. Excellent value for money especially compared to competition in the area.

    Dont have any other than there arent more Future Inns across the country.
