    wifi only availabe in public areas. internet connection in rooms is via cable but there is shortage of it in the hotel.

    Spacious room, friendly staff

    Room was quite cold and weren't very good at filling up at breakfast which was in a very cramped area

    Cost effective

    Other guests coming and going were noisy - not on purpose, just talking and closing doors, tv, etc

    "The hotel was very convenient for Lauder College. When I am in the area, I will have no hesitation in staying there in the future. The hotel receptionists were very helpful on arrival, it was a positive experience." (97026570)

    Good size room,very comfortable with good creature comforts.

    The electric convector heater struggled to get room temperature up in the cold weather conditions.

    The hotel was neat and tidy. So were the rooms.

    All first class, would like to see the possibilty of a cooked breakfast on offer though, even simply down to scambled eggs Also well sited on the outskirts of Dunfermline, so avoiding driving through the town if you are going east or using the M 90.A bonus in any situation
