    Shower in our room the water was cold but we were moved straight away to another room and were upgraded to a bigger and better room which was great.

    Lovely, welcoming staff and a very pleasant breakfast room. The breakfast was delicious and you could help yourself to cereal and yoghurt and juice.

    The shower was a bit cold.

    Friendliness of staff, check-in process, food was ok.

    No soap on sink, shower gel/shampoo facility had little in it, spring in bed had broken.

    very warm room too hot for comfort, unfortunately on the night of our stay lets just say the walls are very thin & overheard something that was very unpleasant to hear!!!

    early book in ie 11o,clock in morning leaveing all day to veiw Blackpool. Great breakfast excellent staff, good on all aspects

    Bit of problem with shower hot water took long time to come through but if I switched off shower run tap in sink then shower hot water came on

Details on the website were exactly what was on offer with no misleading information. Generally not a bad word to say about our stay over the weekend, and would like to thank all staff for their excellent service." (97407590)

    Staff were helful and ensured that everything was ok at all times. Accomodation facilitated great entertainment and also allowed a great night sleep. Service of breakfast was excellent. Great stay and highly recommended to anyone.

    Hard to think of anythin at all bad, great hotel and will be visiting again in the near future.

    "This hotel is ideally situated and there is ample parking. The staff were most helpful and ensured that our stay was very pleasant. There were an abundance of facilities and the room was clean with a fresh supply of towels each day. There was a good choice at the breakfast table and I cant wait to plan another visit. Thankyou."     "The hotel is in need of a make over. Although our family room was a good size the toilet and shower was very small. The breakfast was excellent and got the day off to a good start. The hotel had a bar and function room but it was always empty when we arrived back at night." (97319888)

    The hotel was very clean and the people were friendly which is always nice. As we have a little boy we always ensure that we stay somewhere small, which is ideally family run.

    Everything about our stay was lovely. We would have liked to have an evening meal.

    "We enjoyed our stay very much, the owners were very friendly and made you feel really welcome. Everything was there what we needed.The room was very small but I understand they are making some of the rooms bigger so we will definately be back for a bigger sea view room in the future. Our bed was very lumpy on one side I was okay cos my partner slept on that side of the bed and there was a tiny space to get to the bathroom. There was plenty of space for our clothes and loads of hangers which is very rare where i have stayed in the past. The breakfast was very enjoyable and piping hot no complaints in that department. It is in an ideal location and it was very clean and tidy with a warm welcome." (3305366556)

    "it was excellent there very friendly staff very clean, there was a notice that said that there was bar open in the hotel at 7 but we never saw it open, also after we got there when we were looking through the leaflet for the hotel it said there was an option for an eveing meal we were unawear of this when booking, we were told that thee was some work going on in the hotel but it never bothered us, we would definalty recommend it and we are going back again" (3305225648)

    "breakfast was served pretty early, but we had a great choice. everyone found something they liked. our rooms were cleaned and the beds made. checking in and out was simple. it was easy to find from the train station. the lounge area is cosy and had a pool table which we used a few times. they also made an allowance and kept our lugguage for a few hours after we checked out until out train came. overall i had a great stay and i'd give the trafford hotel 4.5 out of 5!"     brilliant location. across the road from a quieter stretch of the beach and less than 10 minute walk from the pier and the main attractions.

    the shower was a little tricky to use but you get the hang of it.

    "We had an excellent four day stay at The Trafford Hotel. This hotel was the cheapest we could find online for the dates we wanted, and was made better value by the fact that we got a discount for booking a mid-week break! Despite the Hotel being the cheapest, we were very impressed by its levels of cleanliness and the quality of the breakfasts. Overall, we would recommend this Hotel to family and friends as we felt that it provided excellent value for money. The kids were made very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed their stay!" (3304822640)

    Very clean Hotel, very friendly proprietors who made us feel at home. Breakfasts were very good and plenty of choice. We were also staying with young children who loved the fact that it was only a couple of minutes walk from the Pleasure Beach! Despite the fact that the Hotel was based on the South Promenade, there was a tram stop just accross the road which meant we could get up the the centre in no time at all. We also liked the fact that this meant that the location was quieter than if we had stayed in the centre of Blackpool.
