  Las habitaciones funcionales, muy completas y muy limpias. El hotel es batante nuevo. Tiene restaurante en la planta baja, entre semana es importante porque, al menos cuando estuvimos nosotros en un lunes de agosto, estaba casi todo cerrado en Kilkenny.

  Está alejado del centro de Kilkenny y dentro del recinto de un centro comercial (pero poco bulliciso).

  "Very enjoyable and would recommend to others." (107407347)

  The hotel was clean, had a good vibe and was well located if you had your own transport as we did. The room size was good as were the facilities and the bar and food was of good standard

  Communication with some of the staff was a little hard. They did not seem to understand much or know too much about their surrounding areas.

  Changed room type for a colleage's visit with no fuss. Very clean and tidy

  Got breakfast order wrong on 1st day. Plates and food cold at breakfast on 2nd day. All bedroom doors maladjusted so they slam when you close them. The closers need adjusting - such a little thing but great at 3 am when the drunks come back.

  There is no room service, no breakfast in bed, no residents bar after 2am, found this very unusual for a hotel

  "The hotel is clean and rooms are fine, however, staff were not very professional. There was a problem with Visa transactions and the lady on check in basically told me it was my card even though I knew it wasn't. Even after ringing the bank to confirm was card was ok the receptionist was not very helpful." (99287633)

  Breakfast was very poor, there were no clean cups, spoons etc. There was no fresh bread and we had to wait 15 mins for staff to get some. When I highlighted the bad service when checking out the lady on reception told me it was because we came down at 10am for breakfast, I found this unacceptable.

  "Good quality hotel. New. breakfast substantial including both hot and cold food. Excellent value for money. Only problem was the howling wind interrupted some of our sleep but our son next door experienced no noise and slept well." (3305271773)

  Clean and had all facilities expected with lovely bathroom

  Our room experienced noises from howling wind but next door did not so must have been unluckly
