    First Class Service. Polite and friendly staff.

    In and out of hotel three times in 24 hrs I found car park fee's expensive.

    "Apart from the shower problem we enjoyed our stay even though it was in transit at the end of our holiday." (108696827)

    We had to get up very early to catch our flight, 3am. Could not get the shower to work. We tried everthing apart from hitting it with a hammer.I told them when we checked out but I dont think she believed me.I should have called someone at 3.30 but I didnt like to at that time in the morning.

    I want to make a specific remark about how the Manager looked after us personally in the bar - he was extremely customer service orientated and made sure that we were comfortable and all was in order - I wish I knew his name as I would like to personally thank him for everything - We stayed in the hotel at LHR on 14th August a Friday and we had dinner in the bar area there were 7 of us as friends came from London to join us

    "fair for overnight transit stay " (107412854)

    quiet, comfortable, access to airport easy, room cost good value

    electricity failed on morning of departure while i was taking a shower - large bang and blue flash from wardrobe area, no back up light in windoless bathroom , rather dangerous, although fixed fairly quickly made my departure rather rushed. Food given for room service seemed rather overpriced considering content of meal - steak - very little else on plate e.g salad or otherwise. Bathroom a bit tired in places - bath enamel chipped and repaired in places and silicon seal around bath mouldy,a little offputting

    charge of 25 pounds for checking in 30 minutes early. will never stay in your hotel again.

    very clean, modern, good staff

    t.v could only watch it sitting on the bed doors in the way,i had booked 15 days parking plus 1 night stay for £94 which was excellent but when i arrived back i had another night with only 1 night parking £113 i thought £10 for 1 night parking was a little excessive

    at internet booking, requested a room with runway-view, and got just that,room 2192, excellent attention to customer care/requests.

    "This hotel is not worth staying at - I just feel sorry for anyone who pays full price for a room here, it's definitely not worth it. I've stayed in better 2 and 3 star hotels that had much better staff, rooms and even food menus. I'm not at all impressed - I would never stay in this hotel again." (97474110)

    The bed was nice.

    The hotel staff were very unfriendly, offered me no assistance with my luggage, the extremely expensive internet (15 GBP/day) didn't work properly, the room was tiny, there were hairs left in the bathroom.

    As I work in the Aviation business I felt the view of LHR was great!

    Connecting door sound proofing was very poor. I could hear the conversations of my neighbour!

    "This hotel has wonderful staff who cannot do enough for you. The hotel is big without making you feel lost and as a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and comfortable. If you don't have much luggage you can take a free London bus from the airport to the hotel." (99525805)

    Good quality hotel with very good attitude of the staff
