    GUY ON RECETPTION WAS VERFY HELPFUL I FORGOT MY HAIRDRYER AND HE LET ME BORROW ONE FROM RECEPTION

    Nicely placed, easy to get to the city centre and back to the hotel by busses.

    tea and coffee making facilities were far too small for a triple room and there was only 2 cups for 3 people.

    staff and visters were friendly,and the metzo resturant was open till 10pm if you needed anything drink or food they were always pleased to help you, eat in or take it up to your room.

    theres only one thing wrong with this hotel the area in which it is located you need a bus or a taxi to get somewhere you want to go.

    The room was clean and good value for money. It was near the airport and my next-day appintment.

    The reception area was dark, poorly organised, not welcoming and when I arrived at 9.45pm I did not feel comfortable.Some people were standing around outside some people were standing around inside (though not checking in) Both of your staff were booking in people who did not have prior bookings and I had to wait some time feeling uncomfortable and I did have a prior booking. I wouldn't stay again out of choice. I was pleaseantly surprised when I went into the building because it was much better than the reception area.

    "The receptionist on duty was very friendly and particularly helpful. The accommodation was as expected and very good value. The hotel is well situated in the N.W of City, beyond the Phoenix Park and near the M50." (99785120)

    the location, THE PRICE

    There was no top sheet on bed, and also the cold tap was broken in SHOWER which meant I had to have a boiling hot shower with great difficulty and I couldn't wash my hair (room no 88), and when I notified the receptionist all I got was a sorry about that.

    "Good value accommodation very close to centre of Dublin. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable with modern decor. The cost of the room doesn't include breakfast, but I didn't expect this for 89 euros! There is a cafe/restaurant outside the hotel for breakfast and dinner. More of a stop-over hotel as there are no facilities as such, but it was great for what we wanted, an overnight while attending a concert. The other hotels in the centre near the concert venue were asking 350 euros for the same night! Would definitely use this hotel again." (3304471417)
