    Staff were friedly, room was comfortable.

    It took an hour + to get a replacement remote control, meaning I was unable to turn the volume down or tune into the program I wished to watched therefore I missed it which I was not happy about. Also the website asked if a smoking room was required, which I requested only to find the entire hotel was smoke free, it would have been nice to have been advised of this before my visit.

    The staff were extremely friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. They made our stay one of the best we have had in any hotel. They looked after the children and took time to pay attention to them which the children loved. Fantastic customer service, could teach alot of other places how it should be done. The hotel was very clean and tidy, and well maintained with good modern facilities. Air conditioning great... but the hotel should be very proud of the team they have , Good training!! but you need the right kind of people in the first instance, which they have.

    The room was really clean. Good to have a desk in the room! Wonderful to arrange me to check-in early!

    The shower and the wash basin were rather small. So was the room. It takes more than 10 min to walk from Hammersmith Underground station.

    Facilities and service were excellent Staff very pleasant and efficient

    My internet booking was a complete failure. We arrived with a valid booking Ref:107810411 to be informed by the Receptionist that she was unable to find our booking. Fortunately we were able to be booked in as there were vaccancaies. The receptionist was very efficient,pleasant and appologetic. She booked us into a lovely room and our stay was most comfortable. The Receptionist informed us later that for some reason we had been marked as a non arrival and money had actually been deducted from our credit card.She rectified the error and gave us confirmation of this.

    Staff couldn't have been more helpful. The standard of cleanliness was excellent.

    Unfortunately the air conditioning blasted cold air every 15 to 20 minutes throughout the night even after it wa switched off at the controll panel.

    very clean room, nice breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed

    tiny room (smallest I've ever stayed in), expensive breakfast, double bed was right up again the wall so only one side had a bed side table.

    Family room was excellent. We have two young children and have stayed in a number of hotels where two single beds are squashed into the room. At the Premier Inn the room was very spacious and the kids loved their made up beds which were mattresses on the floor. The children's menu was also very good and the staff were really pleasant to the children - you can tell this is a family hotel.

    The only bad point was that there was a large coach full of foreign students staying which meant tea time was a little hectic in the restaurant which in all honesty is too small for the size of the hotel.

    It was hot and air conditioning did not work. Windows were impossible to open. Staff gave a fan and tried their best even putting an ironing board and iron in our room at our request. Hotel appeared to be a mess with a lot of work going on and no parking which just added to the nightmare. I will never stay there again.

    "This hotel is very centrally placed for accessing large parts of the metropolis, it is functional although does struggle for parking and I would suggest that the parking that is available is reserved exclusively for thase with mobility problems. The staff at this hotel were its best feature, nothing was too much trouble and they were pleasant and polite.I would suggest that when accepting bookings it is pointed out that the 13th floor is not accessible for those with mobility problems, The food was excellent and was managed very well in such a limited space" (97529956)
