    "I was very pleased with this accommodaton.. it was a last minute booking and was for one night only as we were flying from Dublin airport early the next morning. The hotel runs a free bus service to and from the airport and we were able to leave our car there for 4 nights free! We only booked and paid for a double room but ended up with an executive suite which was lovely. The only thing I cant write aboout is the general services of the hotel eg: restaurant, health facilities etc as I didnt use any but I definately enjoyed my short stay there and would do so again."     We only paid for a double room but ended up getting an executive suite which was great. We had a king size bed with a seperate living room/kithchen and seperate bathroom. Excellent space.

    Girl at reception could have been more helpful (I left my mobil phone behind and she took ages to get someone to speak to me)

    Accommodation in the apartment was excellent. The rooms were spacious and offered everything we wanted.

    Not bad points, but would be useful to provide a drying cloth and pot scrubber in the kitchen. We did not have one and could not clean the cooker after cooking. Bin bags would also be useful and information in the room where to dispose of rubbish. One lift is not enough. Our children were told they had to use the stairs because a man was taking linen and rubbish from all the floors, we were on the 15th floor!

    "Very new suite looked completely un-used. Full fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, dinning table, 2 sofas, bathroom with bath and shower and further en-suite with shower cubicle!!! Massive king size bed and 2 singles in the other room. A safe in each room, iron and ironing board both brand new!! A fantastic find would go back tomorrow!! I recommend you take extra tea bags sugar and milk." (97018813)

    Fantastic suite loads of room and excellent facilities. Great views over a much improved and re-generated Ballymun with an excellent balcany spanning the lounge and both bedrooms.

    Excellent 2-bedroom apartment. Loads of space and good facilities.

    Hot water in shower ran out and went from warm to cold.

    "The price was excellent, the room and amenities just right. The shuttle service was great and the proximity of bus stop made it easy to get into the city and back. A shopping mall was within easy walking distance." (97228848)

    Very clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Amenities very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. It has become my favourie Dublin hotel and I have stayed in about six others, all of which were fine.

    I had trouble getting the computer to work and., though I was very sure it was the network connection and not the computer, had some trouble convincing anyone this was the situation.

    "From the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left the staff made us feel at home, the room was brilliant it was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The reception staff were the most helpful ones that we have ever met, I did alot of walking one day around Dublin and I had a blister so I said this to the recpetionist and she went and found me a plaster! we had a problem with our flight and the receptionist sorted out finding out about this. Very helpful!!! The restuarant and bar staff were friendly and helpful also, they made us feel like part of the furniture, the breakfast and dinner menu was brilliant and there was a wide choice to choose from. To sum up - we would highly recommend this hotel anyone who wants to stay in Dublin and if we do return to the city we will have to stay at this hotel." (99651368)

    Hotel nuovo, pulito, personale efficiente, solo in un caso abbiamo dovuto chiedere l'apertura di una finestra della camera diverse volte prima che venisse effettuata.

    "The hotel comes across as an affordable alternative to the Hilton Airport Hotel, but I would spend the extra euros next time for a different location. I felt very unsafe in this neighborhood, so much so that I had to close the windows completely at night because we constantly heard car alarms going off/car doors slamming or highway traffic. The hotel has signs out to park your car at your own risk and a real security guard at the enterance. That explains enough. I might add that there was no air conditioning, and the end of July is warm and humid, especially in a tall building. Luckily, this was only for one night before our flight the next morning. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and accomodating." (3305065598)

    I felt extrememly unsafe, bad location. No airconditioning with windows that only opened so far for security reasons. Toilet felt like it was going to rip out of the wall everytime we sat on it.
