    Good staff , good kitchen , good rooms with a little patio for smokers . I'll will be back for a third time in a few months allready booked it again.

    Mooie kamers, goede voorzieningen, kleinschalig (10 kamers in totaal) en goed gebouwd zodat er totaal geen geluidsoverlast is. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie omgeving. Zeer zeker een aanrader!

    Convenient location, good breakfast, reasonable facilities.

    Light bulb not working, no hand towels and bathmat in the room on the first night, only coffee creamer available had to ask for milk for tea. Some parts looked a bit tired.

    Very pleasant and quiet surroundings with helpful staff on check-in and check-out. Room very good with excellent bathroom and lots of space in the bedroom. Accomodation very clean and well maintained/serviced. The breakfast was very good and plenty of it.

    Disappointed in the scrambled egg although the rest of the full English breakfast was very good. Bathroom very noisy in use for anyone left in the bedroom. But these are only very minor points and didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the experience.

    Accommodation was in a separate single-level purpose-built unit, which was nice and quiet with good access. The pub itself was very cozy with a good ambiance and there was a very nice beer-garden. The restaurant had a good menu and the food was well prepared and presented, with good sized portions. There was a reasonable breakfast choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Being a Saturday night, the restaurant was extremely busy so there was a long wait between courses. Found it a bit awkward getting out of the high-sided bath/shower when wet - could have done with a non-slip surface in the bath and/or a stool to step on to.

    The two rooms we had were of a very high standard, both in clenliness and equipment. Very enjoyable

    My one and only complaint was that the bed was a little too hard for my liking, but you cannot catter for everyone so I cannot and should not complain.

    Accommodation and particularly the food!

    No general bad points, but the bathroom in room 6 had some damp on the back wall and it had a tendancy to smell a bit when the fan wasn't on.

    Friendly, efficient staff. Good clean room, overlooking quiet garden, crisp whit bedding, large en-suite facilities.

    Only one chair in room for two occupants. Rooms share a common verandah with all other rooms, with screens to make a private outdoor sitting area - nice but this means 'party' noise from other rooms is loud if it occurs. Also low level windows open on to this verandah with no locking mechanism, so difficult to leave them open for air when needed.

    I needed a hotel room at short notice and only booked for the Monday on the Sunday afternoon. I had stayed here before but was lucky that an internet rate was applied which enabled me to stay again.

    The food was outstanding and the atmosphere in the pub/dining area was buzzing. A really lovely place to stay.

    The room was a little dark and we had problems getting the television to work properly.

    Staff were really good. Nothing atall was too much trouble.

    Food was excellent and beautifully presented but a bit expensive. In particular £3 per vegetable where the dish did not have "attachments" is a bit steep.

    The staff, the staff, the staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, the food, the comfort of the bed, and the quiet of the nights

    It was hot when we were there and the Inn rooms have no air conditioning. While the staff did everything they could by getting us a fan, it was not enough to make 2 nights of our stay very temperature comfortable. The Inn REALLY needs to put air-conditioning in each guest room.

    Nicely set up room. Small, but perfectly formed. Everything you need, with a lovely garden and your own ' patio'.

    The television, which is quite large, has a mind of its own! Please take your slippers, as the floor is wooden and cold!

I took shampoo and soap with me but didn't need too as they were supplied in the room. private verandah was a added bonus, as I smoke it was lovely to sit outside the room and not have to go to a smoking area."     Friendly staff who did speak very neat and very friendly

    Performance of staff : The staff on saturday night at dinner where very good, friendly and fast in serving. On sunday night the girls who where serving where very slow , they did not even ask if we would like desert so after 20 minutes after the maincourse we decided to give up on them

    This hotel is superb, very well thought out accomodation. Very comfortable bed and a great bathroom. A lovely quiet place to stay. The pub serves wonderful food and beer! Very friendly and attentive staff, a real pleasure.

    I thought the staff were excellent- check in was quick. We asked for food not on the menu the next day and they provided it. The staff called us because the clocks had changed and offered breakfast an hour later. The room was clean functional and of a good size.

    I would imagine that it is a little different in inclement weather with an outdoor route to the room but you know that before you book. I stay in a lot of hotels and would definitely recommend.
