  "We enjoyed our stay until our encounter with the member of staff who was so unspeakably rude to us. " (107321152)

  Spa facilities, reception staff very helpful. Two members of staff 'Johnny & Tyrone' both extremely courteous, helpful and organised.

  One member of staff 'Nathan' was extremely rude, unpleasant and disorganised.

  "A very enjoyable experience spoilt by the lack of sleep and complaint we had to make." (107161128)

  helpfulness and politeness of staff. swimming facilities and cleanliness of hotel.

  We were staying in the 'Dovecote' Room. There was a wedding reception with a live band performing on the night of our stay and at 11.30pm we had to ring reception because we could not sleep with the disturbing noise levels.

  "Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return again." (108006697)

  Excellent locaton couldn't fault the staff or the hotel in general and would recommend to others

  We were a little disappointed to be told that no food would be served to guests in the public area's after 9.30 pm and had to order room service and eat in our room. Why? We had one chipped mug in our bedroom which shouldn't really happen and the only thing missing from the bedroom were a box of tissues.

  "Very friendly and efficient staff in all departments, not just the reception, dining room and bar, but also the night porter, gardner and chamber maids. Lovely parkland and lakes setting and a super Tudor mansion. The bar is in a wonderful Tudor Great Hall. All food and service excellent." (99080789)

  "Overall we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is set in very pleasant surroundings and certainly lives up to the photos. The room was very nice, with a very comfortable bed and a good bathroom. Food at the restaurant was excellent (although only one choice of vegetarian main course in the evening) One minor criticism on the booking process: The rooms at Rushton Hall are all different, however from the active hotel website you don't know which room you are getting."
