  "The room was a lovely size as was the bathroom but the bar really let the place down. Would I stay again - I really don't know - perhaps once more and try the dinning room" (107351596)

  The room was nice but lacked attention to detail. The hostess tray was dirty and it was clear the glass on the picture had not seen a duster for a long time

  The food in the bar let the hotel down dreadfully.

  "VERY CLEAN HOTEL,LARGE ROOMS,GOOD BREAKFAST,FRENDLY STAFF, SAFE PARKING WOULD STAY AGAIN ON MY NEXT VISIT. DID NOT TRY RESTAURENT. A LITTLE TOO FAR TO WALK TO THE CENTRE/SHOPPING AREAS BUT TAXI ETC AVAILABLE" (97749915)

  "Got a great deal for two nights accomadation with two breakfast and one dinner. Hotel lovely with good facilities.Food in bar very good and reasonable. About a 15 minute walk into the centre of Carlow" (99998170)

  "The location of the hotel is not so good, next to a ring road in an industrial/ shopping area away from the town, but the views from the restaurant are great." (99771478)

  Excellent rooms, modern clean and comfortable. Good food, great staff.

  The heating / ventilation could have been better.

  "hotel was lovely, rooms were spacious, and absolutely spotless. staff were very friendly,and helpful. food was delicious also, absolutely no complaints , it was my first time staying there, and ill be back again." (3305061482)

  "enjoyed stay was attending wedding in another hotel but was glad i chose this hotel was very pleased and surprised with customer service especially the recption. rooms were very nice and clean and an lcd television. breakfast was excellent with a very good choice. i would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone. would stay again" (3304987907)

  "This is potentially an excellent hotel, with friendly helpful staff and excellent facilities.Food in the bar was excellent and well priced. However our stay was spoilt by the connecting door to the next room lacking adequate soundproofing. We were kept awake until 2am by the ajoining guests who were not excessively noisy but could easily be heard as could their television.This is a serious flaw in a hotel of this standard and they would do well to do something about it. Luckily we were only staying one night or we would have had to complain. If they have rooms without connecting doors to other rooms guests would do well to specify these when booking." (3304966674)

  Accomodation was modern, clean and spacious.

  "Hotel is very clean and comfortable (beds are excellent)and staff are very friendly. Views from resturant are stunning so pity food is a bit pretensious and expensive" (3304972078)

  Few maitenance issues considering how new hotel is, shower head damaged, no plugs in bathroom
