    Very clean and modern - liked decor. Staff for room service very quick.

    Room service - we ordered two diet cokes with our food but were given two sugar-full cokes - did not bother to say as too tired from travelling. When booking we asked for a twin-bedded room as mother and daughter, but were given a king-size bed. No problem but just not what we asked for.

    "Apart from the room (which was an Executive room), the stay was great - good food and ok staff (although the foreign staff need to smile a bit more as they seemed very serious). I wouldn't stay at the hotel again, but I would visit their restaurant." (107929055)

    The meals were excellent in both the bar and the restaurant. Bar staff were really nice and friendly and served excellent sandwiches!

    Room wasn't clean; very dusty, stains on carpet, chipped drinking glass in bathroom + dirty kettle and table. + poor reception on tv + no signs to say where the gym & toilets are located (gym was on 1st floor but had to phone reception to find it!) Fire exit on 7th floor was completely blocked by black bin bags (think they had sheets etc in them?)

    The room was lovely. Good size and beautifully decorated. Near the airport, but quiet. Easy walking distance from the tube.

    The air conditioner wouldn't stay switched off, so the noise made dropping off to sleep difficult.

    "Stayed here in September and decided to stay again for a further event visit in November. Was exactly the same - friendly service, clean, fresh decor and exactly like the photos!" (107433224)

    Smart, up-to-date decor. Polite professional service. Very good breakfast.

    Some noise from the bar but not after 12 midnight.

    The Hotel is well presented and the public areas especially are well maintained. The rooms are very well equipped and despite not being the biggest are very well laid out. The bathroom in particular was impressive and as a 6'5" person it was nice to see a full sized bath

    None really other than being chased out after breakfast to give more people room.

    Looks exactly like the website photos. Clean, comfy, really good breakfasts. Excellent value for money. This is the first hotel we've stayed in that has a genuine portering service and a secure luggage store. Really handy to get to Kew Gardens (15 min walk).

    No bad points. The hotel bars were very busy & noisy in the evenings but noise didn't travel to our room.

    "Very clean and modern hotel. On arrival we got a free room upgrade. Staff were excellent, especially in the restaurant where the service was very good, as was the food with a good selection. Just a few minutes walk from Gunnersbury tube station. Hotel is also just a few minutes from the M4 motorway junction. Hotel car parking was " (108070288)

    "Excellent value for money and really bright, comfortable rooms." (97288352)

    Overall a great stay, nice relaxed atmosphere and lovely rooms! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Would definately stay again.

    the only grumble we have is that the burger we ordered from the bar came with a stale burger bun.

    "We booked the hotel for a weekend away with friends,planning to visit Kew, and go to the theatre in central London. It proved an excellent choice, being easy to get to from the M4 and having reasonably priced parking. It is just a few minutes walk from the underground, and only a twenty minute riverside walk to Kew. The hotel is clean and contemporary in design, and our rooms were spacious and quiet, despite overlooking a busy road. Dinner at the hotel was good. We will certainly stay there again." (97089355)

    very clean , modern and spacious

    Breakfast was o.k. but did not like the system of fetching your own tea and coffee, especially as no-one let us know it was d.i.y. Also speed of clearing away dirty crockery etc was very poor, had to ask.

    A clean modern hotel. The rooms are a nice comfortable size with a very comfy king bed and a scrumptious duvet. The bathrooms are also spacious and modern. Some have separate showers - ours had the overhead rain shower, a fantastic way to wake up in the morning, drenched in plenty of hot water! The, included, buffet breakfast is superb, more than plenty of everything - You can also get cappuccino - though you pay extra for that.

    "We stayed for 2nights when visiting the Wimbledon Tennis Championships and were extremely pleased with everything in the hotel. There was a real buzz about the place and our evening meal was excellent (as were our two breakfasts). The room was very comfortable and quiet. It was a short walk to the tube station which is on the District Line so would be very convenient for central London too. Staff were very friendly and helpful." (99625931)

    The staff are very helpful and friendly. Very clean and spacious, great value for money.

    Cleanliness of all areas and relaxed and friendly atmosphere

    No windows which opened in the room, this made it a bit closterphobic at times.
