    Found the hotel spotlessly clean, staff very attentive and friendly.Food was excellent and buffet layout and presentation well thoughtout.

    "A fairly decent hotel, in a fairly decent location. But misleading advert and damage to car means would only stay again if desparate. Unfortunate and easily remedied, just be honest to your customers and car parks are important to people, so check the maintainance of them as if they were a room." (107511004)

    Room and location were functional

    Advertisment said No Hen or Stag do's, on check-in there were 2 stag do's in the bar and a hen night checking in, which was very disappointing and misleading. Beware of limescale dripping on you car from pipes in the car park, took mst of Monday to remove it.

    "If you are looking for a traditional Ramada you will be dissapointment. Its a budget Ramada but at the same price as you can get a normal one. I've stayed in Ramada Belfast and Londonderry at the same price but they offer 4star. This one was no better than a Premier Inn" (107962423)

    Clean and comfy room

    No Restaraunt. Breafast low quality and found some mouldy bread. Coffee was awful, Expensive.

    good location, car parking provided free, reasonable breakfast

    wooden flooring in the room, no proper wardrobe, room was opposite the lifts so a bit noisy

    Very modern look and feel. Friendly staff.

    The only problem I had was warmth. As the key had to also operate the electricity, therefore the heating, the room was very cold on entry and I could not get warm. The blankets were also insufficient, with no spares anywhere as I usually find in hotels, meaning I was pretty cold throughout the night. First hotel I've stayed in with wooden floors - looked great, but added to the cold feeling.

    Excellent and welcoming staff

    Hard towels, I object to having to pay in full on arrival especially when you already have card details etc from the initial booking

    Excellent room with good facilities. Very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Excellent location within walking distance of all attractions.

    Inadequate heating on what turned out to be the coldest night of the winter. Breakfast choices good but cooked breakfast not very hot.

    "We were extremely pleased with the overall stay at the Hotel Ramada Encore and would be happy to return on any future visits to Bournemouth. the whole Staff, Cleaners etc. helped to make our stay so enjoyable!!" (97311347)

    The view was excellent and the room was modern, clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful yet not intrusive.

    Just amall observations. somehow the air conditioning had been left programmed to come on at 12.02 midnight which created some hilarity as I struggled to get to grips with the technology surrounding the operation of the unit.The instructions were there but if the guests are not used to such technology then it could be rather confusing and to some I suppose ,Irritating. However in our case it provided us with yet another amusing annecdote to our travel history. The background 'music' was occasionally intrusive but not too bad. Buffet breakfast on one morning was on the warm rather than hot side.

    fire alarm activated at 6.15 am due to someone smoking in their room.i am a smoker but i abide by the rules! would feel very stupid if i caused a complete evacuation of hotel,staff very apologetic.

    "We weren't aware that the hotel didn't have a restaurant serving evening meals, which could have been a problem on our first night's stay, being Valentines day. However, we found a good selection of restaurants nearby, and had a very romantic meal in a superb Thai restaurant." (97433512)

    "Did not realise the different classifications within the Ramada Group so initially surprised by the minimilistic nature of the room. However, I have to say for a weekend break it was ideal and represented value for money. The Hotel is ideally situated for the Town Centre and also the beach area whilst being sufficiently quiet. The staff were friendly, courteous and concerned to make us feel welcome. The bar was useful for light snacks and drinks." (97981733)

    Did not like the wet room. Prefer standard shower cubicle etc. Water gets everywhere

    "No real dinner facilities - just snacks available but plenty of restaurants nearby. Good modern design and trendy - liked the minimal feel, but good facilities for business travelers.     "Had not realised that there was no restaurant for evening meals. Would not have normally been a problem but was slightly inconvenient as the weather was awful and we had to go out again in the evening for dinner.     "My mother has limited mobility the hotel facilities were found to be excellent however, there is a hill going down into town which is fine until the end of the day returning to the hotel uphill was a little difficult with a wheeelchair nothing to do with the hotel as such but certainly something to bear in mind for others with mobility problems."     I liked the minimalistic rooms of the hotel good facilities, very comfortable bed, great walk in shower. Very modern. Breakfast was very good there was a nice choice of cooked and non cooked food. All staff were very friendly and accomodating nothing too much trouble, always smiling. Excellent service will stay here again.

    "My brief overnight stay at the Ramada hotel in Bournemouth was a very enjoyable one. I was greeted by the hotel staff with a very big smile and they dealt with my reservation request in a very speedy, professional and warming manner. The hotel had a very high level of cleanliness and my room was in perfect working order, and was decorated in a very warm, contemporary style that I feel would suit almost any couple wishing to stay here.     I liked everthing about the accommodation, it was clean, warm feeling, the staff where friendly and the breakfast was great.

    Floor of bathroom getting wet from shower. Poor reception of TV channels at times. More choice would have been good.
