    the hoteliers were really friendly and welcoming. Very close to town centre ,but far away enough to be quiet too.

    parking could have been a problem with having a family sized car if other users had large cars too

    excellent position only short walk to shops, restaurants etc. Very nice room with lots of little touches to make it more comfortable, lovely breakfast.

    Greeted very warmly and told how things worked and how to get in and out whenever we wanted. Very good breakfast, room large and roomy with lots of space for us all. Very clean and although the guest house was full it was very quiet.

    The owners even went to the trouble of telephoning the day before our arrival to make sure everything was OK and that we knew where the hotel was located. On arrival we were given a very warm welcome, keys and door locks were explained/demonstrated immediately and we were offered help with our luggage. We were shown to our room where all the equipment was fully explained. As with our room the hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful whether you simply wanted cereal or a full English (sorry Welsh) which was freshly cooked to order.

    At the time of our stay the front of the hotel was being painted which meant the car parking spaces were not available and there was virtually no other parking spaces in the same road, however under normal circumstances this would not be the case. Breakfast time was very limited 8.30 - 9.00

    "I enjoyed my stay at Morlea, the owners were polite and helpful, going out of their way to help as there was a problem with the electrics in that our first room didn't have a television working, so they arranged for two separate double rooms. The location was excellent in that it was near to all the amenities but was still in a quiet area late at night. The food was very good and overall the stay was very enjoyable. The only downside was lack of smoking facilities." (99389271)

    THE ACCOMMODATION WAS CLEAN, WELL MAINTAINED AND WITHIN EASY REACH OF THE SHOPS AND PROMENADE BUT STILL IN A QUIET LOCATION

    Parking wasn't adequate for the larger cars, ie. Toyota Avensis!
