"Would stay again, but they need to get some form of air con in the rooms. I can only imagine how terrible it would be in the rooms at the height of the summer, as I stayed in March and it was roasting!" (107842380)
Friendly service, nicely presented rooms, clean. Great bar!
Far too hot in the room, no air conditioning. Could open windows, but potential to be noisy - especially if the room was at the front of the hotel on the main road. My room was at the back, so quieter but with the constant humming of hotel plant machinery.

"Very nice hotel. Very central location, shops all within walking distance. Good place to relax. Car parking not in Hotel grouds but very convenient. Breakfast well presented. Would like to be sent information about offers or deals for weekend breaks as i would like to visit Kilkenny again as it is a beautiful historic City." (97061159)
Room was very clean and spacious. As there is a nightclub on a Sunday night, we had the choice of a quieter room.
Would of like tea/coffee making facilities in room, as it is nice to get a cup of tea after booking in.

Staff excellent overall. room comfortable and clean.
breakfast poor. not particlarly well cooked. scrambled eggs tasted as though they were microwaved. poor portions. no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. no jug of water in the room.
