  "We really enjoyed our stay and although I have outlined a few things overall the hotel was clean and comfortable and Reception were helpful and knowledgeable. It was within walking distance of Marienplatz where everything was happening. We went for the Christmas Markets. The italian restuarant next door was affiliated with the hotel and breakfast was lovely and in fact we also had a meal on one of the nights and it was delicious and well worth the money. Overall everything was brilliant. " (108501619)

  The linen and cleanliness of the room was excellent. It was well heated but not overly so. We had included breakfast and it was held in the restuarant next door and was more than adequate. Very tasty and filling. Reception were helpful and knowledgeable.

  Found the bathroom to be very cramped, my fellow traveller actually caught her hand and bruised it on the toilet roll holder. The entrance hall leading to the bedroom was raised which meant that there was a raised slight step into the bathroom and bedroom area which you could very easily have tripped up on it as there was no indication that it was in fact raised. The room we were in was a superior room and it had cooking facilities but not the essentials i.e. a kettle and either tea or coffee, a hospitality tray would have finished off the room. But the room was very clean and comfortable. These things are not major but if addressed would just lend to the comfort of the traveller.

  "enjoyed my stay there due to excellent room and few staff i met were charming and helpful, but hotel is absolutly soulless " (108118171)

  room well appointed, housekeeping excellent. kitchen an added bonus

  first impression of entrance and lobby not too good. having to go outside to restuarant next door for breakfast not ideal

  Near city center.

  Ask for a non-smoking room or you sleep in the smell of cigarettes. Bed's are too hard. Rooms look much beter on the Internet than in real.
