  "Hotel was in a excellent location clean an comfortable, would stay there again but would request a quieter room." (107821157)

  Hotel was clean and public rooms were well designed. The Hotel was situated in a great location.

  No coffee/tea facilities in room, also room a bit small but adequate, also we were kept awake by noisy heating / air conditioning vents.

  Wonderful location, beautiful decor in bar and restaurant, very nice staff, pleasant enough room. Restaurant served excellent food!

  A bit noisy; the doors to the rooms are very heavy and tend to slam when closed. Room was smallish. Bathroom door did not allow for complete privacy or quiet because of frosted glass....no way to have that light on and still provide a dark bedroom if one person wanted to sleep later etc.

  "Very good value for such a central location based on special offers. Would be expensive based on standard tarrif though." (107302607)

  Location; close to oxford street/Marble Arch. We used it to see concert in Hyde Park. 10 mins walk back along safe route even in dark.Staff very welcoming.

  Nothing to fault really. Standard tariff would be very expensive.

  Lovelly room, generous size and nice big bathroom

  Very expensive. £6.20 for a bottle of becks and they charged me service charge whilst sat at the bar. TV is very small and hard to see across the room

  Excellent location in the West End within a minutes walk of excellent shopping and restaurants. Comfortable, well equipped rooms.

  Really good rooms - refurbishment excellent.

  could do with tea and coffee makinf facilities in the room. Carpet needs replacing.

  "Lovely hotel, great location and made us feel very well looked after - but the food was a big let down, in both price and quality. Don't worry about getting good food elseweher because there are several great restaurants nearby - even open for coffee on a Sunday morning." (97161852)

  The hotel was in a brilliant location and very handy for show and shops. rooms good value and very nicley furnished - very efficient and friendly staff on reception.

  The restaurant was so overpriced and we waited an hour for deserts - skip the hotel and go to wigmore st instead. Also breakfast was extortionate _ DO NOT bother, you wait ages to be seated and it is

  "Excellent service which came with a smile. Food was excellent and well presented and was delivered to time requested. Only down side -there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room." (97862424)

  Clean, functional but personal i.e. nice furnishing etc.. Great central location at a reasonable price.

  "I don't have anything bad to say, the location couldn't have been better for all areas of London.The car park was close and hotel guests benefit from a 25% discount.The rooms were of a high standard with great bathrooms. Very little noise from the street.Great ambience in the bar.Nice bars, cafe's and restaurants right outside. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Would definately book this hotel next time we're in London and recommend to everyone" (99819779)

  Wasn't keen on the restaurant menu but didn't eat there

  "Good high street shopping and dining facilities within reach. Good walking distance to Hyde Park. Closest underground station in Bond Street, which is close but not convenient. Location is generally quiet but some noise does get up to 1st floor rooms. Staff friendly and helpful but typically cool." (99620367)

  Good clean rooms with all expected facilities. Everything worked well and was relatively new.

  Smallish bathroom, some noise pollution from street and nearby room doors banging shut. Difficult to get a taxi and not quite close enough to underground stations.
