    "WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AND WOULD DEFFINETLY GO BACK TO THE HOTEL" (107695569)

    THE HOTEL WAS REALLY NICE AND THE ROOMS WERE GREAT

    THE ONLY BAD POINT WAS IT IS REALLY FAR AWAY FROM EVERYTHING APART FROM THE AIRPORT.

    overall was satisfaction.

    the food priceeee iss too muchh i think it should bee less to be honest and charging for a trey jus to bring food iss not acceptable. paying for room service e.g wanting bed covers changed if not intentionally remembering to ask the first time and if wanting them changed you have to pay iss not acceptable. room was dusty not clean enough.....half of the lamps were not working....had to switch rooms becasue t.v in first room was not Good...i think other hotels offer a better range with lower cost

    very good reception

    Not much help on leaving with our luggage. The Italian restaurant forgot to serve our wine. We were told that the pool was is use and it wasn't, very disappointed as we like to swim before and after flying long distance.

    the hotel was very nice and enjoyed the stay and was impressed with the layout of the room

    The room was good but was not cleaned properly and basic toiletries was not provided eg toothbrush,and also the floor was not hovered properly and the bath was not cleaned properly and the table had tea stains.

    Very economical for a stay at the airport prior to a flight out the next morning. We will certainly stay here again. Also, the restaurant was good. And the shuttles to and from the airport were very timely.

    The reception staff were very good. The car parking was easy. The room was quiet. The evening meal in the Italian restaurant was good.

    Not always on top of the cleaning (sticky table in the lounge and paper hankie on the landing)but work is in progress and in general they were coping well.

    Our bed was very comfortable, similiar to our own in size and comfort. Bell Boys excellent.

    Having explained my wife had a dairy allergy, we ordered our meal, my wife a mixed salad, salmon with boiled rice. [as we were due to catch a long haul flight next morning of 12 hours duration]. As she was swallowing the rice she realized the rice was soaked in butter. 40 minutes later she had a severe reaction to the butter. New rice was replaced when the staff were told about the error but it was too late by then. I think your staff need to be trained on what dairy means! We did notice you do have a lot of non speaking European staff in this hotel at Heathrow.

    "We really enjoyed our stay, it was comfortable, clean and all the staff were very friendly. The option to upgrade our room was very good, and gave us the facility to use the Club Lounge were we enjoyed unlimited drinks between 6pm and 8pm and the food in the evening and breakfast in the morning was fantastic value for the additional upgrade fee. The use of the Hopper to transfer us to the airport was just an added worry taken away and only took 10 mins to terminal 3. We will use this hotel again when travelling from Heathrow in the future."     Staffs friendliness, cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Our room was comfortable and spacious.

    No real bad points I would just suggest that the remote controls to the TVs in all the rooms be checked on a regular basis.

    Excellent and efficient service, nice sized room w/fantastic queen beds for a family of four together in one room!, attractive pool, good dining options (3 onsite restaurants and 24 hour room service), central air conditioning, etc. After traveling throughout Europe w/children including London proper, we appreciated that it offered comfort and services comparable to most hotels in U.S. at a reasonable price. Would absolutely stay here again and will definitely recommend to others.

    Lovely pool and surrounding area, though we were approached twice by staff to NOT splash even though no other guests were present in pool or surrounding area. Very strange, as it is a pool after all. Likely has more to do with design of pool and manner of which surrounding area was set up. Perhaps pool was to be used more as a visual statement than a recreational facility? Minor annoyance.

    Good hotel. Venue for wedding was excellent. Services was very good. Everyone including my guest had excellent time at the party.

    Check-in took long time thought i had booked in advance. I had to wait 20-30mins. before i could check in as rooms were not ready. My guest had started to arrive and i was still at the check in. Was not happy at all as had to rush.

    @activehotels.com - didn't forward my booking Sheraton knew nothing of my reservation therefore nearly had nowhere to stay - I had a 20 minute wait at check in!!!!! to get it sorted

    "When booking online I was not notified that the Sky Bar was closed and the hotel was undergoing some renovations. In this case the renovations were not a problem for me. I heard no noise and would have never known had I not read it on a web site after I had already made my reservation. When checking in I was under the impression that the bus to Heathrow was free of charge. Although it was not a problem, it would have been nice to been offered a bus ticket at check-in. When boarding the bus I did not have correct change and the driver could not break my note. So I paid a bit more than the actual fare. The above are not complaints merely the only suggestions which may be of help to you in the future. Overall I thought the room and stay were by far the best I have had of my many nights in London.     "I stayed at this hotel with my partner for a couple of nights. I can honestly say i was extremely impressed with the service and rooms in this hotel. Staff were friendly and food was also amazing. room service is not over priced, and on time. Excellent heathrow hotel, at a decent price. I stay at heathrow hotels 2-3 times a month, and will definately be staying at the Sheraton Skyline in the near future. We both enjoyed our nights there." (97986995)

    Room was very nice, furnished very comfortably

    Cheap room next to lift, lift very very noisy, Bed had a dirty cotton bud IN THE BED, disgusting, asked for change of linen, but they gave me another room and a free breakfast, not the point though after traveling for 20 hrs and arriving late at night

    "The stay was very pleasant overall. I had difficulty reaching In house dining due to a fualt but reception sorted this. If I have any issues at all they were ; fat chips were undercooked , but maybe thats my preference for over cooked. Only two staff on desk at peak time for check out." (97920155)

    Very nice room , good quality furniture & comfortable bed

    No main light , however this is common to most hotels now.
