    "Excellent location and very good value for money." (107687800)

    Comfortable. Appreciated quality of beds and bedding and fixtures in the en suite in a hotel of 3 stars. Breakfast also was satisfying and a good standard for the rating but see below. Staff pleasant and polite at all times.

    Only criticism......poor sausages!

    Excellent check in very friendly lady on reception all staff very helpful nice english breakfast

    The only bad point had to share breakfastt table with someone else, but it turned out ok the lady was from america and we all had a good chat.

    "I would strongly recommend family room here but not twin room. The location is great for travel as it is near Victoria underground & train station, coach station and renting car office in walking distance." (107465352)

    A quad room is very good in terms of space of bedroom and bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There is wireless internet for free. The shower and amenities were really good.

    No elevator. For last 2 nights that we stayed in Twin room on highest floor, the room was not as clean as a quad room. The size of twin room was so tiny, no table in room.

    Only downside being shortage of milk for tea/coffee.

    Clean beds. Good sized bathroom. Open 24 hours. Very well located for Victoria Palace theatre and for follow on travel

    Could not have breakfast both mornings as had to travel by train to Norwich and then home the next day. Breakfast did not start until 7am which I think is a little late 6.30 would be better. We were on top floor - no lift about 80 stairs to climb didnt bother us because we were able.

    very clean good service breakfast was excellent very good location and very reasonably priced

    room was a little small but only stayed one night so it was adequate no lift so quite a climb to the fourth floor

    Very central, excellent value for money, yes rooms are small but very clean and serve the purpose of sleeping and washing etc

    No lift, but then prices would be more so acceptable

    The room was warm and the bathroom clean. The hotel is in an ideal location. The staff were pleasant and polite

    Curtains were hanging from the rail and I had to repair as best I could. There was no record of my booking on arrival despite having a paper copy of my reservation. I think the hotel is more akin guest house or B&B that is in need of some TLC.

    "Good, clean, basic accommodation within 3 minutes walking distance from Victoria station and 20 minutes from Harrods and yet on a quiet street. We would definately stay again but would request an upper room..." (107284781)

    Very clean room, towels changed every day. Staff all pleasant and friendly. Waitress service at breakfast which was a pleasnt change.

    Our room was in the basement(no.2) which was small and had no drawers which would have been a problem had we stayed longer than 2 nights, but having spoken to other guests the rooms upstairs are more spacious and have bedside cabinets/lights on both sides of the bed!

    Great location. Staff were very accommodating, providing extra towels, storing luggage. Nice to have access to the internet at no cost. Breakfast was more than we expected.

    Our room was on the fourth floor this is a long walk, especially with suitcases. One suggestion-When we are on holidays, we are not always ready for breakfast before 9:00am. Perhaps breakfast hours could be extended a little later.

    "I believe the information obtained on-line was good and I was able to form a good idea of the type of accommodation being offered. However it would have been helpful if there had been a choice of floor level because my wife has a hip replacement and the room on the third floor did involve a climb of six flights of stairs.     Location. En-suite facilities and TV worked well. Bed was comfortable.

    It was very clean, staff very friendly. Close to everything. 20monute walk to the london eye. 10mins to the theatre. excellent

    we had requested a room on a lower floor during our booking and afterwards followed up with a phone call but upon check in we were given a room on the 3rd floor with many stairs and as we were a mature couple this was not very good for us

    Cleanliness,service,food and excellent internet facilities which were included. Friendly & helpful staff.

    Heating turned off or low at times [weather was quite cold]No sitting room/area where one could stay during the day.

    "The hotel was in a very good location. We were traveling through Victoria Station and it was so easy. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They even fed us when I mistakenly thought breakfast was still being served!" (97536568)

    The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was modern and bright. Staff was amazing!

    Nothing except couldn't get inside bolt lock to work as very stiff.

    "If you want luxury, space or modernity this hotel is probably not for you. If you want good value centrally located and a hearty english breakfast to start the day I think you would be hard pressed to better this for value in central London. It also had the advantage for us of having a family room (we have 3 daughters)." (97219505)

    Good location, pretty clean overall, breakfast was good. Close to a good selection of restaurants.

    Bed was well worn and single pillow too big for our tastes. Bathroom accommodation tight
