    "A good hotel in a good location (quiet end of Blackpool) but only a 15 minute walk to the tower. My daughter enjoyed the pool area and the staff were efficient and friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast with ample choice and a decent enough room although slightly on the small side. The room wasn't available until 3pm which I thought a bit late as the day is almost over by then. Check in should be no later than 2pm in any hotel. Also £3.50 room service charge for food seemed excessive, so opted to get a takeaway and bring it back to the room. A good hotel and an enjoyable stay overall." (108311007)

    Location, excellent breakfast, sea view, pool area, staff friendliness, cheap rates can be found if booked in advance.

    Room not available until 3pm, £3.50 room delivery charge for food and when I moved a bedside cabinet there was dirt behind it, so cleanliness could be improved slightly.

    excellent staff and good hotel

    confusion at check in as you dont offer family rooms but they sorted out an extra bed for us.We have had to pay £75 extra for our stay in August which i am not pleased about.

    serving tea/coffee and juice as you arrive at table for breakfast. serving of starter as soon as you arrive at table for dinner. the above may be fifferent to what we are used to but!!!!! being irish.

    "When we arrived we were not afforded the same level of service as a couple who arrived just minutes before. We where not offered a diner reservation they where, they where offered more too but we where basically told there's your key see you later. Although we booked a double room we were given a twin at no point where we informed this was the case. " (107591108)

    Nice hotel friendly staff

    Breakfast was very poor 1 rasher bacon, 1 sausage, 1 small fried egg, 1 hash brown, and half a plate of Beene not my idea of a breakfast especially since we had to pay extra for it to come to our room. Breakfast was included in room but was 9.50 more because we ordered to room big mistake on our part I think.

    Easy access.

    Staff think that have used hotel before so do not explain procedures. Have visited before but hotel has changed procedures.

    "Poor. We had a good day and night in Blackpool , but it was spoiled by the noise in the hotel." (107183602)

    The reception, communal and bar/restaurant areas were very good.

    The room was a bit "tired". The noise from the hall outside the room was unbelievable. In addition, we could here the TV of the room next door and also when they went to the toilet - not very good at all!!!!

    "the hotal itself was fine and i would definatly stay again when i am up in that area / and would recommend it to others apart from a few minor gripes (putting and spelling my name wrong after i wrote it twice, and then addressing by the same), on the whole i found the hotel gave good value for money and service well done" (99734696)

    the position of the room with relation to the car park / sea / view this helped this stay to be more enjoyable, the cleaning staff were excellent and very helpful and polite to my children

    some parts of the room were very dirty (around the windows)the security of the door (it would not shut on its own)
