    room was good with a nice outside view, with all the essential stuff avaialable, heating was really good

    at one time the bathroom exhaust system starting making loud noices and i got irritated if it''s gonna keep on the rest of the night but it stopped after a while.

    The hotel is in a strategic location. It is near town center. Assess to the hotel is convenient.

    Eficient system for late check in; good to have provision of fridge and microwave, crockery etc. Useful information in room re local amenities.

    Not advised of access to car parking; no reception staff before 9 am so never met any staff

    "It was a shame really. The central position of the place worked against us. It was also a holiday weekend and all the students got their results that week so all up it was not a good weekend for sleep at your hotel. Probably not a good weekend in any hotel near drinking places." (108733510)

    Close proximity to Bus depot was the main reason for choosing the hotel, followed by its self-contained feature and price.

    The nearby hotels obviously provided too much liquor to their guests who then all proceeded to talk inside or outside of the 'all night' Turkish kebab cafe that was opposite our room. We got next to no sleep on either the Saturday or Sunday nights.

    Nice room with lots of space for 3 in a family room. The tub and shower very nice and clean. Excellent location within walking distance to all central areas.

    would be nice to have a sheet on the bed and not just a comforter on the bed without a sheet particularly in the summer, but all seemed well cleaned.

    Great location. Great having a kettle/ fridge in room.

    We had no introduction to the hotel - nobody welcomed us. The bathroom was v small. Our room overlooked the main road. It was too hot to have the windows shut & it was so noisy because we were facing THE TURKISH DELIGHT takeaway that we got very little sleep - loads of noise.

    "Generally very pleased. Parking is a right mare tho and impossible to find without direction (we heard 5 people ringing hotel for directions to car park in the 2 mins we were there!!) Great base if your staying for a night out!!!! " (107434316)

    Good clean room. Good size.Good facilities.

    Shower was part of our room. . .which was a twin. Generally if u sleep in seperate beds you done usually want the other person to see you naked in the shower!!!! it was just a clear shower door, a curtain wouldnt go a miss here!!! The room smelt of sewage in the morning from outside drains. The carpark was sooooooooooooooo hard to find and took alot of time!!! Would be better to mention this on hotel site as i would have printed off directions.

    Clean bedroom.

    Electrical room freshener completely unnecessary, gave me a sore throat. Very cheap duvets. Tiny sink. Freezing bathroom. Shower wouldn't work and tray filled immediately so unable to have a wash. Decor so very depressing in the bedroom (dark brown). Nowhere to put anything beside the bedside. Macerator system for the toilets which made noises from other peoples' bedrooms all night. Feel we should be entitled to a refund for faulty shower. Car park highly dangerous with all the pitholes in it.

    - Mattress too soft and too old (not very even anymore...) - Confusing shower (getting hot water took a while to figure out) - No iron in room - Very small TV (compared to other places)

    The staff replaced the non-working kettle the next day.

    No management cover after 7pm - so we were not able to make a cuppa as our kettle did not work, neither did one of the bedside lights. The shower tray filled with water when showering - this was not only unpleasant, but meant that we had to keep turning the shower off to allow the tray to drain away - and got very cold in the process.

    Location if you went out on the town

    This hotel was very noisy, Doors banging all night, People talking and having sex outside our room. Never going to stay in this hotel again!

    Good value for money with everything you need for a nights stay, clean and good amenities in the room due to no restuarant/bar.

    As reception closes in the evening and no one to around, some loud students also statying at the hotel that night were able to create a disturbance all night with no one to report it too. Reception closed on Sunday at 10:00am also so had to leave the key with one of the cleaners.

    Great idea having fridge, microwave etc in the room. Although it wasn't a particularly big room, it was more than adequate for an overnight stay. Ideally located for visiting the town centre.

    Pillows - all 4 put together wouldn't make 1 decent one!

    Whole atmosphere was laid back, and very restful.The receptionist was able to help with my queries and offer me sound advice on the area.

    A really cheap price for a nice basic room, a good size (we stayed in a twin), with a full size fridge and microwave, plenty of storage, comfortable beds. It was basic but not 'cheap'. Staff kept the communal toilet very clean and changed towels/cups etc every day.

    Only bad point is the shower. We didn't have ensuite so i suppose it was was nice to have a shower in the room, but it really isn't private at all, and unless you're a couple it can be a bit awkward!

    £90 for a room with no shower or toilet no breakfast no one to hand keys into in the morning. One bathroom for the whole floor was a joke
