    "Hotel adequate, most staff friendly, taxi service not recommended" (108176761)

    Clean hotel, staff friendly, bed very comfy

    An intermittent 'knocking' noise in my room coming from ceiling area which was quite annoying. Taxi service they have available is very poor, driver did not know where I was going and I had to show him a map, more expensive than black cabs as 2 previous trips in cabs had cost me £6 each time this driver charged me £10 and would not back down he said it was the difference in postcodes!!

    "J'ai passé un bon séjour ou j'ai était trés bien traitée mais moi qui aime le calme lorsque je suis dans ma chambres j'ai vraiment était incommodée par le bruit a l'intérieur du couloir etc...." (107444446)

    les chambres sont spacieuses,la cuisine est trés bonne,les employés sont trés courtois et agréables ainsi qu'a l'écoute,le quartier est sympa et vivant!

    Les chambres sont trés mal insonnorisées,on entend toutes les portes claquées lorsqu'on les laisses se refermées et puis on entend tout dès que le ménages commence!Et aussi,aucun employé ne parle le francais!!!

    The breakfast room was very untidy. Slow to clear plate & floor could pof done with a clean up. Free bottle of wine for upgrade was very disapointing. the bottle was only enough for 1.5 glasses

    Very clean, good food, nice area. Cheaper and cleaner than accommodation colleagues had at the Thistle Barbican where our conference was.

    Being automatically charged service to have drinks brought to table.

    Good value for B&B Modern and spacious rooms

    Room right next to lift - so kept awake most of night. No-one asked on departutre. Restaurant was freezing to sit and dine in.

    "Nice tidy Hotel but price wise I think its too steep for what you get, I expected more for the price as have stayed at other Hotels arounbd London which are the same easily and are as much as 40-50 pound cheaper and include breakfast even. Still was good to crash at for a night after a big flight over from New Zealand." (99672066)

    Nothing about the accomodation was bad expcept maybe breakfast should have been included for the steep price

    The staff were friendly.
