    "Très gros travail à l'extérieur lors de ce séjour: le premier soir je suis rentré à 1:00 du matin, le second à 5:15, donc je n'ai pratiquement pas eu le temps d'apprécier le séjour... Mais la chambre éytait agréable." (107680076)

    chambre agréable, en particulier la plomberie fonctionne (il y a de l'eau chaude quand on en a besoin); excellent breakfast.

    L'attente devant les ascenseurs! Il vaut mieux prendre les escaliers...

    "My friend and I had a wonderful weekend stay at the Canary Wharf Hilton. Price of breakfast was a little high so we went out for breakfast. The double room allocated when we arrived was a little small so we up-graded. This cost an extra £30 per night but well worth it. Large, clean room with good view. Shower was difficult to get the hang of. All staff members were helpful and welcoming. We would not hesitate to stay there again." (107466476)

    The hotel was well situated, easy to find by road, and we were delighted with the size of our room. The staff were particularly good and helpful, and we were particularly impressed with the girls running the restaurant.

    service correct, emplacement de l'hotel.

    Gros probleme lors de la reservation. L'accès au site reservé aux employés de compagnie aerienne n'a pas bien fonctionné (et ne fonctionne toujours pas), ce qui fait que je n'ai pas pu profiter entierement du rabais accordé au personnel de compagnie aerienne. Le personnel au desk du Hilton n'etait pas au courant du partenariat Hilton/Air France et m'a demandé de prouver (en imprimant à mes frais des extraits du site air france...) qu'il existait au lieu de se renseigner lui meme. Il y avait un defaut de propreté de la chambre à notre arrivée: une couche de poussiere sur les meubles bas.

    some broken glass in room... poor service at restaurant...breakfast....staff attitude was disrespectful and interuptive drink service at bar was average.............still had to pay for a drink that had run out of mixer!!!! What! It should have been covered by the hotel as an apology

    "Beautiful hotel in a great location and the prices at the bar are quite reasonable. Only considered this hotel because of the price, hilton website wanted twice the rate I paid. " (107169324)

    Great location, near pedestrian bridge into central canary wharf. Standard room is large and well maintained. Lovely bathroom.

    Outside of hotel is being rennovated (although hotel only 2 years old) so it's easy to miss the entrance in the scaffolding. I didn't hear any noise from the works once inside. 15 pounds a day internet rate excessive.

    The comfort zone - security-space- well stoked bar- tea-coffee superb bathroom and the nice touch of the bathroom scales, Crabtree and Evelyn soaps and body lotions-complementary papers. Iron ironing boards hair dryer, papaer and a pen!

    "Everything was lovely, we loved the contempory feel to the hotel, it was lovely and clean, we had a club sandwich which was lovely but a bit expensive for what it was, we also went out to breakfast as we thought that was very overpriced. We will defininitely come back and will also recommend to friends and family. Also great location." (97566941)

    Very clean, room very spacious, nice toiletries,overall very good.

    The bed was a bit small could have done with a 6ft as there was the space, also springs were a bit worn which actuall let the stay down a bit as everything else was really good and a good nights sleep is so important.

    "There wasn't enough towels available when using the leisure facilities, so we had to go back to our room and use them. The main complaint we had during our stay was when we were dining in the hotel restaurant, Cinnamon. The 4-5 staff members in the restaurant were all congregating around the front desk of the restaurant and constantly watching us as if they were at a loose end and we were their entertainment. This was very off putting and ruined our meal as we couldn't wait to leave." (97242179)

    "One of the best rooms available in the Canary Wharf area, I challenge even the most jaded business traveller to find an area of complaint. But I did find the bar area anything but cosy and welcoming. Fine if you're in a group, but hardly the place you want to sit down and relax on your own after a hard day at the office." (97395571)

    "Check in was fine though delayed by 1 hr due to room stil be cleaned.Had arrived at 2-00 but room not ready until 3-00pm. Service at reception very good at check in and check out stages. Only issue with mini bar as not aware that items were on a sensor so we removed items to look at in more detailed and then we saw that these would be charged to our bill. Though this was sorted out at check out, would refer information to have been displayed more prominently." (99446395)
