    "We loved the hotel. The size of the room was much larger than we have come to expect in London. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities, the restaurant and location on the Thames. The staff worked hard to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. We would definitely come again." (107655743)

    Lovely rooms. AC did not work properly in room but staff moved us to another room for second night. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff were helpful and seemed eager to make our staff a pleasure. Van to and from the tube made getting around easy. We would love to come again.

    It sounded as if one or more of the buildings could improve on the AC performance.

    "The hotel is adequate and most staff are good, (there are a couple of bad ones). Comfortable for a stayover given I was offered a room upgrade, but it is not a luxury retreat. The standard lowest cost rooms are not a comfortable choice. I would only stay again if I got a deal or room-upgrade at a low cost." (107866275)

    Hotel is clean and staff are good and polite. Location requires either curtesy bus to Underground or ferry across river to get anywhere, as it is isolated. Good resteraunt and Bar, although, the short menu never changes for a month so choice is limited.

    General decor of hotel accommodation areas is poor. Lifts are extremely bad, small, poor condition and slow. Corridors to rooms are v.narrow, surrounds and signage is poor condition and does not lend itself to top class hotel, the Hilton tries to portray. Rooms are small, and even an upgrade to double-delux-plus gives a room normally one expects to be described as a standard double (it isn't luxury at all). Reception asked how the room was, however when I questioned the status as double delux-plus they just answered "it is - goodbye". - This is not good service. The terrace bar needs auto-door closers as people wander in-and out to the terrace, sitting near the door is not pleasant having to continally close it behind people since gales blow through there.

    modern hotel with attentive staff.Bar prices reasonable.

    Key did not work in room three times i had to engage staff to assist. No information from staff explaining the water taxi available from the hotel to the O2 arena after I had enquired with reception.

    Good location. Friendly staff.

    TV remote would not turn off the TV. Overpriced breakfast (didn't purchase even though I was on expenses) Would have thought that hotel residents using the ferry would get a discount.

    "Really enjoyed our stay." (107319518)

    Nicley situated by the river with plus of river taxi's use for transport to Canary Warf. The weekend that we stayed there was a lot of rail and tube disruption and we relied heavily on the river taxi. We would hope to stay again nearer christmas for shopping should there be a promotion on we would like to hear about it.

    Just the location if one has to go to a theatre or show, getting back before 11.45 and only just making the hilton bus was a plus,only got it because it was running late, otherwise would have proved difficult to get back to hotel.

    excellent location for our requirements,shuttle bus a must,very good service.Breakfast was superb.

    more information about the shuttle bus and where to find it before we travelled would have been useful, as we walked from the underground to the hotel and this was quite a walk ,just as well there was a couple of pubs en route!!!

    "As a solo traveller I felt very safe and secure in the hotel, and we stay there again. I chose this hotel as it had spring special offer, and so impressed i would be more than happy to stay there again and normal tarriff, as the service was excellent value for money. " (107329119)

    The hotel was very clean, It had all the facilities I required, staff very helpful,

    There was no bad points, mirror by vanity area was not working.

    Fantastic room, great value for money. Great courtesy shuttle bus provided by the hotel from nearest underground station.

    Staff friendly, courteous Polite. Food good quality. Location.

    Appearance of hotel is poor standard. Quality and condition of fixture and fittings. Decor within hotel, rooms and corridors very bad. Small Room. Complementary bus service does not include water taxi across to Canary Wharf which departs direct from hotel reception.

    "Would have been better if the bar and breakfast was cheaper. £17.95 for a breakfast. Go outside to the pub Brickmakers Arms I think it was called. Lovely big breakfast with chips and a coffee or juice for less than £8.00. " (107868231)

    Very helpful staff. We were visiting the 02 that night for a concert and we booked a private hire car through the hotel which was excellent. On time cheaper than taking the Thames clipper (there were 4 of us) and lovely driver.

    Bar prices very expensive. Do not order wine around £8.00 a glass!!

    need two vehicles for transfer from Tube station to hotel in busy periods. plus when shows on at 02. we were at the bus stop at the tube station 11.25p.m. eventually arrived at hotel after 12.30a.m. and it was a little cold.

    Free parking and very secure, room was very nice, clean and spacious with a great view. Tea and coffee facilites. nice swimming pool overall a very nice hotel.

    The hotel restaurant is very over priced with breakfast nearly eighteen pound per person but there are other places to eat less than 5mins away such as Frankie and benny's...Very Nice!

    friendly staff which is the most important thing, room was lovely, clean, comfortable bed, tv, hairdryer, shower over bath which was a good powerful shower, crabtree and evelyn complimentary toiletries...lovely.Great view. Great ferry point as well. Great gym, pool and the gym manager is very helpful and approachable.

    Exelent staff, always with a smile and very helpful. Nice room, good space. very good food.

    A bit exspencive bar. Not easy to find shops, other bars etc. when I don't know London.

    Very friendly and helpfull staff. Restaurant and food was wonderful. Room was nice.

    Old building. Not good for prams and difficult to bring up luggage from car park. - Should be able to take trolley down to carpark, and straight up to room in lift. That is if you can get into carpark - was often full. Didnt like having to walk outside in cold rain in bathers and tracksuit with baby to get to swimming pool. All facilities should be in one modern building with a couple of lifts going directly from facilities to room level. Lifts were small. Expected a fridge in room when I said I had a baby - needed somewhere to keep bottles cold. Step down into bathroom was unsafe.

    Hotel in need of facelift. Not what we would have expected of the Hilton, but we had at least been warned by reading the reviews on this site!

    We were attending the Kylie concert so very good location. Impressed with the shuttle service from the tube, thought this was a nice touch. Liked having the complimentary water in the room but some biscuits with the tea/coffee facilities would have been nice.

    Quite a small room. Bathroom was tiny and we kept bashing ourselves getting in and out of the bath. Didn't really like the products in the bathroom and the toilet paper wasn't very good quality. Also didn't like the bed being against the wall.

    The bathroom was slightly lower than the bedroom and even though there was a clear warning on the door we kept forgetting and almost fell into the bathroom. This was even worse coming out of the bathroom into the bedroom as we kept kicking the step and tripping out of the bathroom even though there was a clear warning on the door. A very small bedroom window which did not open properly.
