    the room was ok, ironing facility good, the room was a bite clean

    no refrigerator, breakfast too expensive, during the hotel booking online it says that my card will not be charge that it is for reservation purpose only, I called the hotel which they confirmed that my card will not be charge and I told the staff that I want to pay by cash when i get to the hotel,at the time I get to the hotel, I was told that the hotel fee has been charge from my card, i was so angry because I did not have enough money on the card that will cover the hotel fee. i found out that my bank have charge me for going over drawn

    "Double Room was a good size and clean, and bathroom facilities good and in full working order. We had first floor room at the front of the hotel and traffic noise was not a problem, even though windows were open. Road works immediately outside hotel may cause a problem on weekdays, but are obviously outside control of hotel. " (108930719)

    "No complaints. Did not try the breakfast at sister hotel, was a little expensive for my budget." (107105977)

    Fair sized single room with own toilet/bath/shower. Clean and tidy. Room also had TV, kettle, trouser press and hair dryer. Was able to extend my stay at very short notice.

    Work on construction site opposite the hotel started very early in morning, but this was not something the hotel could control.

    Efficient and friendly staff, good to be able to park so close to the town centre, price was fair.

    Bed fairly uncomfortable, meals expensive, bar staff's english was not sufficient for taking food orders.

    "Overall very good, my evening meal was very tasty and freshly cooked, not a reheated/microwave meal like some establishments. The staff were very helpful and cordial." (97249404)

    The room was well laid out and with plenty of room. Although the furniture was dated it was in excellent condition.

    No Wi-Fi (internet) access in the room.

    Our room was very dated. The curtains let the light in, an uncomfortable bed, and excessive road noise.

    "Superb staff made my stay comfortable, despite my odd hours of arrival each night after working at Wembley Stadium for a concert (reception at the main hotel is 24h). The Park House is a short (less than 1 minute) walk from the Quality Harrow Hotel, which it's an overflow for. The rooms are a little dated and faded, but spacious and comfortable and very, very peaceful for a London hotel (at least the back rooms are). Access to Wembley Stadium or Arena is about " (97009975)

    "if it was not for staff i would not stay again because the room was dirty , floor was dirty and the top bed spread was dirty we were not happy with this but rest of hotel was lovely but i feel that i would not go there again on company meetings because of this but if a good will gesture was made i would be willing to spread the word and may use this for my clients in near furture best wishes mr patmore of walesauctions" (99032170)

    friendly clean reception area staff really helpfull

    the floor in room had someone nail clipings, and the top sheet on bed was dirty so not happy about that.

    The free shower gel, soap etc, because of the restrictions on liquids at airports, i didn't bring any with me. Also it was within reasonable proximity of the tube station.

    The radio did not work and there was no teletext on the TV.

    "The hotel is situated conveniently near bus and train stations, within easy walking distance. It suited me to have a room close to the front door with no stairs to climb. My son also had a room nearby. Staff were obliging and courteous and allowed me to leave my luggage in a secure room after checkout to collect later on. I was pleased with the accommodation and standard of service, it was good value for money at a budget price." (99860263)

    Room was clean and comfortable, good facilities, quiet and on the ground floor (no stairs to climb). Hotel near station and central.

    It was basic not luxurious, no criticism.

    "Although I have answered 'poor' to the question of the working order of the equipment as the hairdryer in the first room I was in did not work', upon reporting this I was moved to another room very swiftly and politely." (99250411)

    I needed to move rooms and this was done very promptly and politely. The staff were very friendly.

    "The Parkhouse hotel is ideally situated for Wembley Stadium Which was the purpose of our visit, rooms are clean and tidy if a bit small. The parkhouse is affiliated to the Quality Hotel and has no bar or retuarant of its own, The Quality Hotel is a 50 metre walk outside, which is fine unless the weather is bad." (99468844)

    The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful: offering to carry bags and walked us to our room.

    The shower was either scalding hot or extremely cold - perhaps invest in mixer taps

    Comfortable and pleasant room in hotel just a stones throw from Harrow on the Hill station and ideal for trips into London or to Wembley facilities.
