hotel was generally tired looking. I expected more for £118 deluxe room when comparing it with other hotels at a similar price. Hotel staff weren't particularly helpful. Had to ring for own taxi ascreception wouldn't prebook for us which made us 1 hour late for party.

hotel was very welcoming. room was excellent, and the staff were very polite and helpfull.
shower was not very good. the hair dryer was very poor.
