    Very friendly welcome and very helpful. Room was warm, clean and had lovely decor. Breakfast very plentiful and delicious. Would recommend.

    Room on small side, however did not matter for the length of our stay.

    "I was immediately struck be the beautiful foyer. We were led to the living room it was very beautiful with period pieces from the Victorian age, but nicely and elegantly done. You can see the quality in each detail of decorative item and piece,they looked like authentic antiques. There was nothing shabby about it. The proprieters were warm and accomodating, letting us eat early when we had an early journey. The breakfasts were very hardy and delicious, a real English breakfast. The woman who served us did so in a warm manner not like the rude brusque service you can sometimes get. The dining room was also very beuatiful. The room was also very beautiful and the bathroom nicely done. I have to say this has to be one of the best places I have ever stayed in, even better than the commercialized large chain hotels because the service was very personalized and the setting felt more of an elegant home rather than just an accomodation. It was like an elegant hostoric home away from home. The walk to town was not bad either. Overall, I rate it this bed and breakfast as excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone else. This was the real authentic English B and B, what most B and Bs in the US try to emulate. But this is the real thing." (97565747)

    It was a very beautiful place. You can see the quality in each detail of furniture, decoration, service. Th eplace was very rustic and charming. The staff were very friendly and accomodated us when we needed to leave early.

    Nothing really, can't complain. It's a very beautiful place. Walking distance from town and a short drive to Conway Castle. Steps from the beautiful promenade.

    "This hotel was a gem of a find.Totally professional and yet warm and friendly.The room was comfortable,sweet smelling and super clean. Breakfast was made especially early for us because we had an early appointment, the standard was far superior to many of the large,seafront hotels which I have stayed in. My vegetarian breakfast was the most imaginative that I have ever had . Service was provided with a smile and we felt thoroughly well looked after. We will be recommending this place to friends and family." (97168682)

    lovely room very clean and tidy hosts went out of their way to help breakfast was wonderful and so much choice

    "We stayed in the quieter part of the town, a part of the town we have not stayed in before. This was a good choice. The proprieter of the guest house was friendly and helpful and we intend to stay at the Craiglands again when we visit Llandudno. The variety of fruit and cereal,for breakfast, was commendable and the cooked breakfast was superb. Our bed was comfortable and the room maintained to high standard. We had a brilliant stay."     It was very comfortable and quiet.

    Shower was not adjustable, it could do with a slider bar.

    The accomodation was excellent. The room was beautifully laid out and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everywhere was immaculate. The staff couldnt have been friendlier. I would definately stay again.
