    "My wife enjoyed it ,which is a bonus,I also enjoyed it,but would have liked to been able to budget from (official tourist's guide of prices 2009.)" (108938673)

    The piper outside playing ,was a nice touch,adding to the atmosphere of area. Food good quality.

    1.No facility for guests/residents to book table for food ,the people off the street has same call on tables. 2.The price charged for room was quite a bit above the price quoted in the (Where to stay in Scotland 2009)guide.

    everything about this hotel was execellent but for one thing see below, the food in the evening and the breakfast could not have been better.

    When we arrived at the hotel for which I had booked two double rooms there was a problem in that for some unknown reason they had only allocated us one room, as it was they managed to find us another room only because someone else booked out unexepectentley. If this had not happened I do not know what they would have done your comments would be appreciated.

    Excellent, friendly staff. Food lovely, hot and plenty of it. Will definately use this hotel again. Rooms clean and had all that was needed. Bed huge, comfy and lots of pillows.

    Overall it was very good. Staff were friendly and helpfull

    Fault with fire alarm did not help, but it happens.

    clean, good breakfast

    lights blew in room and was left in darkness. problem not well resolved and had to pack in very dim light. did not adjust bill because of this which i think is very poor.

    "weather was cold, skiers paradise, friendly people & staff, main reason for stay in aviemore was to go upto the cairngorm summit on the railway train, a must do experience, a great mountain town" (97424704)

    "Myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and the hotel had a nice lively atmosphere in the evening. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was extremely good. The rooms were warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely return to the Cairngorm hotel for another stay!!" (97761669)

    "The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. They could not be faulted in any way and went out of their way to assist - a great asset. I could hear every word of every song the band was playing below my room until they stopped playing at midnight. Not ideal as a business traveller having to get up early although probably great fun as a leisure traveller!" (97724951)

    very friendly staff,excellent menu and food,well placed for all events

    our view was to the back of the hotel which overlooked the kitchen roof and into out buildings

    Very Friendly

    No top Sheets In Bed. Room allocated no.108- Could not sleep very well,( noisy compressor above kitchen ).
