    Friendly staff and clean and tidy room

    The price of the food and the quantity given extremely poor. Value for money it was not. The standard, taste was excellent but to pay £18.50 for a piece of steak, a few green beans and carrots with a small portion of chips and nothing else was poor. To add insult you also had to pay an extra £2.00 for any sauce for the steak.

    Close to the town centre.

    It is only a small issue but I feel that the quality of the towels in the bathroom was quite poor given the other standards throughout the hotel. Both bath towels had holes in them which was obvously due to general wear and tare.

    "Potters is way overpriced and in general a run down facilty. The breakfast, although free, is mediocre. Fitness center is awful. Rooms are threadbare, bathrooms very dated, poor." (97594190)

    Location - close to Farnborough Aerospace Centre

    Facility is run down. Rooms are dismal and WAY overpriced for what you are getting. Fitness center is poor.

    "The Hotel just needs TLC from the Management missing the friendly touch it would of helped,then I might of reported the small problems with the room. I'm sure I will say again but not as the main hotel in Aldershot. Regards, Jon Gillespie" (99786646)

    Good TV in the pub and good food.

    The room in the bathroom had dead wasps from the window and spiders on the other side of the wall. The TV was not working right and was sat on a bed side cabinet in the middle of the room. The bath towel was marked, and the room needed repainting.

    Friendly staff

    Very tired hotel. Booked online but no record of booking on arrival! Only 4 TV channels. Remote control held together with sticking plaster
