    "This accomodation was better than expected and the online price was very satisfactory. Had 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which had showers also. Plasma TV, dishwasher etc which made it feel more like home. Will be visiting again in the near future." (97256854)

    The size of the accomodation for the price we paid. Also very comfortable much better than a hotel. Felt like home.

    Had no CD player and TV picture was not 100%

    "Overall it was fine, if the issues above had been sorted in advance of our arrival then it would have been very good. One TV was fixed and the smoke alarm sorted after we went out." (97798251)

    Good size

    Both TV's didn't work, smoke alarm was broken, there were no knives and no CD player - was a poor first impression.

    Liked the privacy and having a sitting area where we could all sit and chat.

    Quiet - good accces to transport connections

    Lack of tourism/local travel info and info on domestic appliances in the accommodation. Would have been helpful but certainly didn't detract from an overall good experience.

    "The accomodation is of a good standard but could be improved by addressing numerous faults, ,bedroom cupboard doors were difficult to open as were misaligned, tv reception in bedroom was poor, general cleanliness could be better ." (99354131)

    home-from-home feel.

    it had not been cleaned since the last people had stayed-sheets werent changed in bedroom one dont know about other as the bed looked as though no one had stayed in it. Bins had not been emptied.

    Two large bedrooms; balcony with great view, clean kitchen.

    Slight smell of cigarattes in flat, despite asking for non-smoking, tv in room wasn't working, playstation 2 had a PS/1 controller that didn't work with the supplied game... Very minor dislikes but have to list them :)

    "I wish I'd known to take a dish cloth to dry the dishes, other than that I have no complaints, and WILL use this accommodation again and again." (99124596)

    Accomodation was great, fully equiped, just like home from home and suited my need perfectly. And breakfast was included at the main hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

    Didn't dislike anything, but I wish I'd taken a dish cloth to dry the dishes, couldn't get the playstation to work but that didn't matter I don't use one normally.

    the apartments were excellent inside. Felt like being at home instead of hotel room.

    lift broke one day and wasn't repaired until the next morning. meaning I had to walk ustairs to tenth floor - stairway could do with a clean!
