    "very good and provided us the facilaty while staying in Wembley after seeing 'Fleetwood Mac'at the Wembley Arena very close by, five minute walk. " (107537247)

    Friendly and helpfull staff,the Italian chap served us a dinner snack and later drinks, he was an hillarious dry hoot of a character! The food menu if going to an event at Wembley is very reasonable and interesting for quick fill fodder. Overnight discount on a Saturday in NCP car park round corner from hotel was £8, normal charge £18. The continental breakfast is well worth the money, tuck up and eat whhat you want for the rest of the day till you get home.

    No bad points and would definatly stay at this hotel again

    "Overall good value for money. We did not have breakfast or any other meals as they did not seem worth the money. If you can manage the 15-20 minute walk to the tube it is a good budget choice for London and there were some good cheap shops and interesting looking veggie indian restaurants (that we sadly did not have time to visit) in the local area. There is a train station right outside but we did not see or hear any trains over the 4 days so I suspect they only run regularly for wembley arena events. This would be an excellent choice if you were actually going to wembley arena." (108688955)

    Really comfortable large bed, extra pillows were provided quickly, the water was hot, the shower was good (though the door seal was damaged so water escaped over the bathroom floor)

    The walk from the nearest tube was rather longer than the 10 minutes stated, the room was too hot and the air-con appeared to only heat, not cool, there were some nasty stains on the carpet and some on the wall

    "Convenient for my purposes (went to ZZ Top Gig). Wouldn't use the in house facilities (Ironing room on 8th floor?).In house prices over the top (although price of evening meal looked reasonable). Would stay again though now I know the ropes. " (108757941)

    Very handy should you be going to a concert / match at Wembley Arena / Stadium.

    Arrived at the local train station - no taxi rank (not your fault), but no idea which way to walk to the hotel.No one managed to answer the phone for directions. Ended up walking to local pub for Taxi / directions.Price of drinks way over local prices and advertised as "event prices" insinuating they were cheaper when no events were happening! I thought breakfast was a con - you didn't advertise "Continental breakfast" which to the English, it was. Could have got an "English breakfast" for half the price in local Cafes.Found a Childs T-shirt hidden away behind the spare blanket (obviously from a previous guest).

    The room and its' facilities were excellent

    The restaurant was too small for the number of rooms in the hotel. The amount of food available, both for the evening meal and breakfast was not sufficiently monitored and replenished fast enough. For both meals we had to ask staff for more of certain items. The bar is badly designed and when we were there the service was slow and inefficient.

    Very close to Wembley Arena, loved the room and shower, all very compact

    Bar staff were a nightmare, bad enough when only 4 people were waiting to be served, it took 15mins and they didn't have the wine they wanted or a diet coke that I wanted. When we came back from the event there were only 2 staff on, one was a complete waste of time, but then there were lots of people waiting to be served and took 25 mins for people to get a drink. Surely if an event is on, extra staff should be available for the influx of customers after the event finishes. Also ran out of pillows, as only put 3 pillows in room for 2 people when most people need 2. Restaurant for breakfast could not accommodate everyone, was told we could take breakfast back to our room, but we cancelled it instead

    Room and facilities very clean. Ease of parking.

    Someone had stuffed paper in the ceiling smoke detector. Room very warm, but opening window just let in a lot of noise at night. Breakfast adequate but nothing special. Could have done with more tea bags and milk in the room=only supplying enough for two cups is a bit mean!

    Couldnt get any closer to Wembley Stadium

    Menu in the hotel room was not available, when we went into the restaurant there was nobody dining, but were told we could have a buffet of £10 per head. Obviously this was not popular as ther was not one person dining, we would have preferred a meal chosen from the menu

    Clean

    Only one receptionist was working on check so had to wait quite a while, only one of the two lifts was working so it had to service 14 floors and took a long time to arrive every time it was required.

    After the wenbley arena concert had ended there was a huge queue at the bar with 2 bar staff struggling Waiting time was about 20 minutes that was a peak time for buisness and the check in girl was doing nothing at that time of night they needed help think you lost slot of buisness that night I had only one drink but wanted more.

    Close to wembley stadium. Good views across London - If on 10th floor!

    Dirty floors, In room and especially in hall way. Both lifts where broken on the night of our stay and we had to walk up 10 flights of stairs. Bigger towels in the shower, not the tea towels provided.

    Was clsoe to Wembley Stadium and train station

    Totally over priced. Oredered some food from bar, waited 30 minutes and it did not arrive. Went to bar to ask and bar maid said she did not know what had happened and that she would sort it. After 10 minutes food arrived and we took it up to our room. The food was stone cold and had obviously been sitting around for ages! We did not complain at time as were going to the stadium to watch a gig and were already late after having to wait 45mins for our food. Food was very over priced.

    The room

    Food...couldnt choose off the menu had a £10 buffet,not worth the money. Customer slipped over and food went everywhere,staff ignored the customer and when i complained at reception was told there was no manager on duty and fill out a complaint form, i insisted the staff go see the customer and fill in the accident book.Shocking behaviour of staff.

    Overall a very pleasant experious only dissapointment was that it was a disabled room and the shower was not good and we are not diasabled so di not need that fasility but pleased with staff service.

    Very close to Wembley stadium, but wouldn't recommend as a base to explore the rest of london - bit of a long way out. The staff were friendly and keen to help. The room was clean but very basic. eg.no hairdryer or toiletries. Breakfast was basic but nice fresh croissants.

    Poor value for money.

    easy booking, good locations, good environment, cleanliness.

    not supplying extra pillow and cover sheet(upon repeated request and assurance) for the kids, which were short in the room for a family of 4. in spite of an request for early breakfast& check-out, it was taken casually and not adhere to properly.

    The theme of the hotel was unusual and unique to Ibis, excellent idea for late or early riser breakfasts, didn't feel like I had to rush around to get up in the mornings, very relaxing atmosphere.

    Only given one towel for first night, soap dispenser in shower was a little grubby, hotel corridors to rooms very hot. Took over 15mins to get served at the bar.

    "We expected on arrival that our rooms would be ready . This was at 2-30 pm. some two and a half hours after the time advertised. It was 6-30 before one room was ready and 6-50 before the second room before the second became available.     "on site parking, we requested a lower level room but got 10th floor it was nothing to really moan about, but the hotel was well situated for us and will use it again when visiting family, but would take room rates only" (97078990)

    rooms were very adequate, tv channels were good varity, the showers rooms were excellent location was just right for us as family live short distance away.parking was a problem so will take train next time we stay

    the buffet was inadequate no hot food, the towels were shabby and taxi service was poor, but plenty of cafe's nearby for english breakfast and reasonable prices.

    Hotel is very convenient for Wembley Stadium and Arena and reasonably priced. Nice buffet breakfast.
