    Staff very helpful and great value for money and the location is spot on as well, I will use this hotel again.

    Rooms were clean and spacious

    Was charged for bed and breakfast and had to walk 600mts to another hotel for breakfast only to be told at 8.45 we were to late ... Also had to vacate room before 10 am on morning of departure which is very early on a Sunday morning

    breakfast was nice

    we saw none of hotel staff, notice on dorr as to number of our room, room smelt strongly of damp wet carpet having dried somewhat, window propped open with towel and bathroom window proped open with glass. the only staff member we meet was the lady wwho cooked the breakfast, there was no bar open though we expected there to be one. overall a very seedy rundown grotty place thankfully we were only spending one night there. will neverreturn and would be very reluctant to book a hotel over the internet again as that was the second time that week we got caught with substandard accommodation.

    Personal und Besitzer waren sehr hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Siehe dazu auch die Minuspunkte.

    Die Buchung war zwar durch das Buchungsportal bestätigt, lag dem Hotel aber trotzdem nicht vor. Ein unhaltbarer Zustand!

    Dingy hotel. No heating. No receptionist. Sheets too small for double bed. Donor kebab left in fridge from previous occupant. Tea & Coffee provided but no milk or sugar. Towels poor quality. Broken toilet seats. etc etc!!!!

    "Very central with friendly staff. Fridge in the room was a bonus we're not used to when staying away from home, making packed lunches a doddle! " (107642756)

    Excellent value for money! Very central - train station, leisure centre, shopping, eating establishments & supermarkets all within walking distance. Staff incredibly friendly!

    Room was cold the first night, but everything was fab other than that.

    It's great to have a family room that can easily accomodate 2 adults and 2 young children

    The check in procedure was very poor.

    "We stayed at a very cold time of the year, and our room was cold. However at a warmer time of the year the experience would probably have been perfect, because everything else was acceptable or good, and for the price was very good value. The room was clean and the breakfasts were good. The hotel is in a quiet location, yet right next to Irvine town centre and railway station, and close to the sea." (97269975)

    I thought the rooms were very good

    no staff to greet you, complained about the c,heating not being on and the rooms were cold when walked into, the television did not work in one of the rooms and in the othere room the video player did not work

    the beds were very comfortable and everyone was really friendly

    there were no chairs to sit on and you had to sit on the bed.

    spacious room

    there is no reception lounge where one can sit before leaving the hotel, I found that to check out at 10:00a.m. was awkward!!
