    "Overall a very nice experience." (108600643)

    Everything was very good, easy to find off the motorway, very nice colour scheme in room, good size room, nice clean new hotel.

    Having to walk across the car park in the rain for breakfast, unable to park in car park when we arrived and had to park on road nearby.

    Clean tidy, check in staff friendly and smiling

    Service in restaurant for dinner was slow, young girls too busy talking. Food was good but a little expensive. Didn't bother with breakfast. Restaurant separate from the hotel building so you have to walk across the car park, which is no fun when it's wet and windy. It is not possible to open any windows in the hotel therefore room becomes stuffy even with the air-con.

    Meal in bedroom slow Asked for ketchup - not brought up for 20 mins Rang down and told that you were out of stock - noone had had the good manners to let me know Then person went to check in bar and there was ketchup - had eaten meal before ketchup arrived No one on reception to check out - had to wait 15 mins

    Good location just of the M6 Toll and well equipped room.

    Since my last stay, the restaurant has moved to an adjacent building and breakfast service was slow.

    Bedroom had everything one would expect of an excellent hotel and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was magnificent and all the staff were so efficient and friendly.

    A short walk in the cold across the piazza to breakfast - but it was well worth it!

    Excellently clean, good value for money, I have enjoyed my stay on three diffrent occasions and not doubt about it, there will be more occasions and recomand it to anyone.

    Air conditioning unit too noisy, selection of make your own drink could be improved, more sugar, more coffe, drinking chocolat and more milk, the downstairs hotel would be helpful if open.

    "We were happy with the hotel itself, but left disappointed as we felt it was poor planning on behalf of the staff by putting us in a room in between two couples who were obviously together." (107343048)

    Clean and comfortable room

    Our room was between the rooms of two couples that were together. The couples were going between rooms and making a noise until 2am. It would have been a good idea for the hotel staff to put the couples in rooms next door to each other instead of putting us in the middle.

    "Lovely clean hotel with a great price tag for a saturday night! we felt the room was abit small though and as from the outside the hotel looks spectacular the rooms should have more wow factor! all in all though i really enjoyed my stay here and will defo be goin back! lovely hotel with great views and extremely friendly staff!"     The receptionist was so lovely, made us feel extremely welcome! the room was really nice and clean!

    we orderd room service and it was cold and we had to wait 10mins after it arrived for drinks which when they finally arrived were wrong!

    "Staff were very polite and helpful and when I had a problem with the television, a member of staff was with me within minutes to help. The hotel made my time away from home better than I could have hoped. Thank you." (97253162)

    Bright & clean. Really comfortable bed and also liked the small sofa to relax and watch television. Bathroom lovely, in particlar the power shower!

    The television was not straight forward to use and had a distinctive buzzing noise throughout the time it was on.

    It was convienent

    Breakfast was not included. There was no wardrobe for hanging clothes, they were exposed to the room. ( first time We have slept in a wardrobe )

    The room is too big, confortable, with free internet access, good equipement and facilities. Gym round the corner. Free Parking>

    The staff could be or very good or very poor. The checking and evening staff was really pleasant while the morning one was rude and pushy.

    Staff friendly although professional. The room was good value for money.

    lack of shower gel etc in bathroom. things were available but you needed to ask for them.

    "I would liked to have been told about the facilities of the hotel on arrival , i felt i was told nothing although i was in a rush and it took about ten minutes to check-in , then once i had located the room , the card-key had not been programmed correctly and i had to go back to the reception to have it done again . So that was just a little hiccup as the rest of my time there was perfect , and i have already recommended this hotel to many friends ." (99691253)
