    loved the brakfast that was supplied in the room. really friendly, helpful staff. good value for money.

    it wasnt the cleanest place. dirt under the bed, mould on the walls and cracked tiles in the bathroom that were sharp on your feet.

    A falta de una habitación triple que habíamos solicitado, nos acomodaron en dos habitaciones dobles, una con dos camas y otra con una cama matrimonial. A pesar de no haber nadie a la hora de entrada nos facilitaron las llaves de las habitaciones metidas en un sobre en la puerta de entrada.

    Para salir a la mañana siguiente tuvimos que efectuar el pago dejando 52 libras y las llaves en un sobre a la entrada. La limpieza y pulcritud del hotel no era totalmente adecuada.

    "I booked the hotel but had to leave due to strong odor of cat urine in the room. Room was grubby with view to overgrown weedy garden. Thin walls with rave concert provided by the owner next door. No signage on front and at the end of dead end street, not easy access to town or train station. TV didn't work. Beds and sofa was torn and dirty. " (107454265)

    Please remove this B&B from your directory. It is a real disgrace.

    Very bad B&B. Please remove from your directory. It's a horrible grubby smelly place. The owner opeened the door in bare feet and was unprofessional.

    booking online was easy

    place was discusting, ceiling was leaking or had been and bodgey patch job done mattress was found somewhere on the street,place not painted properly,bathrooms filthy and no hot water,you wouldnt let a dog wash in there.breakfast consisted of instant coffee,mini box of cornflakes and a stale croissant all of which had to be eaten in the smelly room

    Comfortable bed, hairdryer available, alarm clock, off road parking, plenty tea/coffee/milk. Excellent idea to provide a bottle of still water.

    Noisy drunk battering on door in night. Breakfast not provided on second morning,room not made up.

    A man was an excellent offer to put extra bed for my chidren.

    We think the toilet really needs plenty of bleach to avoid from block or flood.

    Such a small room! I had no idea exactly how small a single would be. The staff wasn't terribly attentive. In order to check out, I had to wake him up, and it was 8 in the morning. Is that really so early?

    "The worst place I've ever stayed in." (107939175)

    Noisy, smelt of damp. The shower room had mould in the shower and on the ceiling and up the walls. Really didn't like the person who opened the door to us, picking sleep out of their eyes when telling us our room wasn't ready yet. Felt quite far from the city centre. No cooked breakfast. When we left the guy didn't even get out of bed to tell us we didn't have to sign anything, just yelled through his bedroom door.

    Lovely to have tea and coffee making and breakfast facilities in the room.This meant no rush to get to breakfast in the morning.

    "It was perfectly okay for me as these 'bad' points did not bother me; however I would be reluctant to recommend it for our more senior staff." (108017705)

    The staff were friendly and helpful.

    No breakfast is actually 'served' there. The breakfast is wrapped foods left in the room, which although I found adequate would probably not go down so well with those of a larger appetite. (A packet of cornflakes, box of UHT milk, a wrapped brioche and some biscuits.) There is no separate dining or sitting room where guests can eat outside of their bedroom. One of the showers was out of order, and there are no plugs for the basins or the bath. The kettle in the room is placed on a table which is not situated anywhere near a plug; it has to be put on the floor to use it!

    The manager was extremely friendly, all the bedlinen and towels etc were fresh. The room was very good value for money

    The shower in the room needs fixing and is not waterproof.

    "The room smelt of the mould that was growing up the wall. There was only a hot tap - no cold. The shower was in very bad condition. 2 small towels - no soap! The electrics of the whole buildig was scary looked like it had been dfone by someone with abouslty no idea of electricity. Have nbeen thinking of reporting it! As we left we walked under the extension and saw the under neath of a bath above us thought he hole no one had yet filled in ( about 2ft sq) and it was leaking onto the floor - just next to the hole in the wall from the kitchen that had cable comming though to to the 2 plug holes on the outside !"     "Although the owner was friendly, the it felt more like we were staying in someones beedroom rather than in a B&B. Furthermore, the house was undergoing major redecoration and has a strong cigarette odour. It was also insisted we paid for the accomodation upfront and in cash - this was not stated on the booking information. However, the room was smell free and was well presented considering the price. Breakfast was out of a packet (as described) but sufficed. Only issue was the toilet was dirty and the shower inoperable. It would take a little more attention to detail to make this B&B worth another visit." (97898813)

    no english full fry up, website stated full breakfast and a bowl of cereal and tea does not co-oberate this, no heating in the room, tv was left unplugged and had to find unsafe wires ourselves in order to get it to work, not well sign posted looks like common house to the public.
