  "We had a very pleasant stay, thank you to all concerned." (108019778)

  Very friendly staff, and we were delighted to be allowed to check in two hours early on travelling from Liverpool in order to be ready for our friends wedding, a request that the majority of hotels in the area were unable to accomodate.

  None (smallest suggestion would be if the gate to the garage was still open in the early hours of the morning, as was a long walk round!!)

  it was very close to the bars on great western road which was very hany for us as we were only a short taxi drive to ashton lane.Also the hotel was very cheap considering the time of year (new year).the rooms and facilities were very clean .

  "The Pond Hotel was excellent on all counts. I would recommend the hotel without hesitation. The rooms were superb and the food excellent. The staff were very helpful and courteous." (99898125)

  It was a delight to stay at The Pond Hotel. The accomodation was superb and the food excellent. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

  "all good, but in restuarant i was given my main course before my girlfriend had finished her starter, then her main came out and the waitress stood over her until she had finished her starter. felt very rushed, waitress also asked if we were enjoying our meal about every 3 mins (no exaggeration!) overall though enjoyed the hotel and would come back."   lcd tv was great.

  very noisy during the night and actually had to move rooms.
