    "Really enjoyed our stay. We relaxed in the bar during the evening after a good meal plus had a great view. We would recommend this hotel. " (108505473)

    Staff were very polite and helpful. Very clean. Relaxing and good views. Car parking on site.

    NO biscuits in bedroom.

    "The staff at the Hotel were very friendly. The food was out of this world. Had the best cooked breakfast ever. " (107430076)

    the staff and food were excellent

    had booked a deluxe room, however felt this was not the case. we were moved to another room which was clean and tidy, but still not deluxe.

    Bedroom very clean, comfortable and warm. Staff and Management exceedingly pleasant and helpful. Dinner choice and quality excellent. Overall very good value for money.

    Attentive & competent staff, breakfast was lovely & made fresh to order not a buffet style. The views from the hotel are fantastic. Easy to book and check in was a breeze, even had my bags carried for me. Would certainly visit again business & pleasure. David, Manchester

    Bed was a bit like a camp bed, very thin mattress.

    "Our welcome was lovely, the staff are smashing. The hotel serves the best breakfast we have had to date. Bit disconcerted about key security - if we had left it at reception on our way out and returned late, they would have just left the key on the closed reception desk for us pick up. Although there is someone on 24 hours duty in the back anyone could have wandered in and picked the key up. After being told this we decided to take the RATHER LARGE keyfob and key with us."     Bedding appeared to be very clean

    Needs some attention to detail. Light pulls in bathroom really need attention, just bits of dirty string dangling down - not a good look. Also on our return one evening our room door unlocked, obviously the cleaners had forgotten to lock up after themselves. Fortunately nothing was missing.

    Very well kept and friendly hotel.Good position.

    We had Room 6, twin room was overlooking back of hotel, not a pretty site, did not have the option of room on front of hotel when booking through your company, although other rooms were available as hotel was not fully booked at this quiet time.
