    "Even at the low room price, we found this hotel to be in a poor state. We wouldn't stay at this hotel again even if the rooms were free. The fact that we chose this hotel through the internet purely by chance was our misfortune. Overall we were very disappointed with this hotel and felt a great sense of relief on the morning we left."     We supposed our room, albeit without looking too closely, to be adequately clean. Breakfast: The orange juice and toast were fine, although we only had breakfast at the hotel once during our stay. The beds were made every day. Adequate furnishing.

    The "welcome" we received was disappointing. The water piping in the bathroom had probably been laid by an amateur (plastic and untidy). The carpet in the room was very badly stained, which gave us the impression it was dirty. We avoided walking barefoot over it. There were no hooks or shelves of any kind in the bathroom. We had to lay our washing accessories and towels either on the floor or on the radiator. There was only one towel per person. When taking a shower we had to use the towel as anti-slip mat as well as for drying. Breakfast: The tea was very weak and had a strange grey colour. We found the coffee to be very bitter. The walls and window frames, and paintwork in general, were in a shocking state. The hotel interior had a strange, unpleasant smell.

    Room was very small, which I was warned about when I asked for my room to be on the ground floor. However, the room was perfectly adequate for my requirements, as I only required somewhere to sleep during a reunion weekend.

    Bed comfortable. Room clean and warm. TV had good reception. Towels etc provided. Hotel wasn't noisy at night time.

    Shower didn't work on occasion.

    "Good location,friendly and helpfull staff would want me to stay there again,preferably with a room at the back." (107548703)

    location was the main point of me staying at the hotel. Close to the tube line,chiswick high road and heathrow airport.

    The room 206 was fine except for the street lights at night which kept the room light and found a little hard to sleep.Proper fitting curtains would sort the problem out.Constant flow of traffic did not help,as well as the bus stop directly below my room.

    It has car parking

    Room very basic; were the multi coloured pillow cases/sheets/duvet cover clean? Sight of the "continental breakfast" made me decide to skip it.

    Very cheap

    Small beds, tiny bathroom, but ok for the very low price. Heating was very high, and roadside room was noisy due to a busy road and bus-stop. This could have been easily fixed if the radiator could be turned off and secondary glazing to kill the noise.

    Friendly and well meaning staff.

    outdated facilties, errant heating, drafty windows, toilets needed attention (outside of the room, en suite ok) no staff on Christmas day.

    It was cheap, had car parking and was close to where we were working

    Very small rooms & even smaller ensuites. The hotel was very noisey with doors banging and toilets flushing, even the sound of the person in the room above`s bed creaking as they turned over or moved. The continental breakfast included was not available until after we had left for work.

    Basic but with a certain charm. Clean, warm and quiet. En-suite toilet and shower with plenty of hot water.

    Bed Bugs, lots of them. Breakfast was worse than basic, consisting entirely of: truly horrible orange squash, very nasty instant coffee and quite passable toast.

    This is a very keen price for a London B&B, the room was basic, clean & warm, towels & soap bars provided

    Good location

    The rooms were small. The cover on the bed was filthy. All night we could hear noises in the walls like mice or birds. The bathroom was small and dirty. The breakfast was bad. Just toast. When we asked if there was cereal the girl rudley said no like I was stupid. The "OJ" was strong cordial that tasted yuk.

    Reasonable value for money. Location. Nightly servicing of room.

    Smallness of room. Shower not working consistantly. Poor reception of television in room. Bottled orange sqauash, tea/coffee and toast does not constitute a continental breakfast.

    The Staff were excellent in their manner and support. They responded to all our needs. The Hotel is extremely basic, getting as many people in as possible. This made it a bit overcrowded but it was clean and somewhere to stay for 3 nights.

    The rooms were very packed with beds making it difficult at times to move around.

    Breakfast only consisted of toast, butter and jam. The double, en-suite room was very small, it looked more like a single room with a double-bed shoved in, leaving no space to move around in the room. En-suite bathroom was tiny. The window didn't close properly, and even thought there were no-smoking signs, you could cut the smoke in the air.

    No thing is good at all, all what they have is the worest pathetic experience.

    Very narrow, unclean, smelly room which is overlooking a bus stop station where the drunk people never stop noise overnight, I could not get even 30 minutes of continuous sleeping time. The ensuite is awkward unclean with no facilities. The receptionist offered me to leave if you don't like with all aggression and no respect.

    Muy bien comunicado con el centro de Londres, la parada del bus hacia Picadilly esta justo fuera del hotel. El personal es amable y son muy atentos. El precio es perfectamente razonable con las instalaciones.

    Booking was easy. The guy who opened the door to us at the hotel was polite.

    The room was absolutely disgusting. It was extremely unclean and smelt offensive. The staff were sitting in the breakfast room smoking and the smell of smoke was very strong in the corridor outside our room. We had booked for 5 nights but only stayed for 20 mins! We left and found alternative accommodation.

    clean, polite staff

    Fridge did not work (no cold drinks in summer !), even if it did work we would have had to turn it off at night because of the noise it made.
