    "The bookings were completely messed up. They couldn't find a colleagues booking, made them book another room and then charged our company for a no show on her room as she was on a new booking. Complete mess up." (108543700)

    Rooms were nice, and clean.

    Food was average in the bar. Some of the bar staff were not exactly friendly, in fact I would say they were quite moody. The whole hotel seemed to be run by foreigners who seemed not to really care about our booking problems. Air conditioning/heating system was very noisy, had to turn it off.

    Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast cost reduced and good.

    A shade far from tube but convenient for buses.

    Staff were well trained, personable and very friendly in the reception area. Bar/Restaurant staff was not so good during the day.

    Airconditioning equipment in the room was out of work. Did not find out until our returned at 2am. Did not think anybody could do anything at that time, so left it. Had lunch with friends only to find out that sandwiches were made with old cheese and hard bread (obviously left out of container for too long). Coleslaw was off, but waited so long for the light lunch to be served, that although we said to the waiter, he just acknowledged our complaint, but offered nothing, not even the usual "I will let the Chef know". He did apologise. At the time, we felt there was pointless in taking it any furher as we needed to make it to Soho on time. I don't think you'll catch any of us having lunch at a Jurys Inn again.

    Extremely well run hotel, the staff were excellent, friendly curtious and very helpfull. The hotel is well designed and customer friendly. The champagne breakfast I ordered was excellent the young lady who organised and delivered to our room should be commended.

    Not really a bad point but could have been nearer to Fulham

    Reception service was good on arrival. Friendly staff.

    The resturant service was slow. I thought my steak was going to come before my sup, it took so long. No iron in room. The direction on how to get access to the internet was poor. I rang the help line and this appeared on my bill. Access code could be got from reception.

    "My friends and I had a lovely weekend when we stayed in this hotel. The tube really is only a 10 min walk away, and the high street near the tube at fulham broadway has plenty of nice bars and places to eat. Excellent value for money, its a brilliant hotel for the price charged. The breakfast looked like it would have been very good, but we didnt make it down til the very last minute so it was a bit on the chilly side, but the waiter was nice and let us take what we wanted before putting it away!"     Good sized room, very clean with comfortable beds. nice quiet location.

    Heating not working in room - no mini bar for water - when telephone reception no answer to my call - reception booked taxi for me ( mini cab ) I was ripped of for £20 small journey suggest you do not use that company again

    "I stayed with my two children in this hotel as it is near Stanford football stadium. We were able to get a bus from near the tube station to the hotel. You could also walk - approx 10mins. The room was clean and medium sized. It was good value for approx €100 per night." (97781804)

    very convenient for sightseeing. we were going to wimbledon and reception directed us,also to leice..ster square for theatre tickets.we went to the local pub and restaurant memories of india nearby both very enjoyable

    Cleaniness was very good, bed very comfortale.

    Poor operation of front desk, took too long to check in, and an eternity to check out....resulting in a confrontation with a traffic warden!!!! We go to front desk at 8.40am to check out, an with only one of the girls apperaring to be working, was unable to check out until 8.58, we had to vitualy run to the car paked around the corner, and a warden was already at our car upon arrival, about 9.03!!

    "Hotel was clean adequate and quite central (15min brisk walk from Kings Road) while being in a very plesent and quiet location. Breakfast was only down side, pricy and not great (no bread for toast on one morning)but overall the hotel for the price was good value and yes I would return." (97338125)

    Clean adequate accommodation, pleasent staff.

    I found the Hotel very friendly and very well situated. The room were ideally suited for what my friends and I required. Will definately be back here when visiting London.

    Basic but comfortable rooms, good sound insulation between rooms, nice breakfast, good location.

    Receptionist on arrival was a slightly surly young man who could not even raise a smile in welcome. Thought this was going to be a poor start to our stay but the other more friendly staff made up for it.

    "In general happy with the hotel and facilities but as stated previously I have never stayed in a hotel where the room rate changes during the course of my stay. The room was booked some time in advance with the belief that the rate was per night and constant for the period of the stay. I was therefore not very happy when presented with the bill as it showed one rate for one night and a different rate for the remaining nights. When I questioned this, I was advised that the room rate varied according to availability. If this is the case then I would certainly be reluctant to stay again at any Hotel with this pricing policy.Having booked the Hotel in advance, I cannot understand how the rate I am expecting to pay will change and be dependant upon how many other people choose to stay at the same time."     In general the hotel was a modern presentable facilty and reasonably priced for London

    Location, a bit out of the way and not many facilities locally, also a bit difficult for transport. Main dislike is the variability of the room rate. I have never stayed at a hotel before where the room rate changes per night.

    "I wasnt aware of the size of the room or what the amenities were like. However everything was satisfactory. The check in process was simple and straightforward and the staff were helpful. It would have been nice to know what services are available, such as taxi system, food, bar, public transport, lost property policy etc." (97502733)

    The hotel was clean and the room was well equipped. Also there was an opportunity to keep out baggage in the hotel after we had checked out of our room.

    The bar is not 24 hours.

    The bed was comfortable enough and theshower water was hot.

    The room smelled quite bad when I first arrived .
