    lovely clean and airy room

    room located on bottom floor therefore no view or natural light. had to keep lights on in room during the day. also restaurant at end of corridor, very noisy with guests talking outside at 7am !!!

    Close to the Tower. Clean rooms. Reasonable price for area. Most of the staff were very courteous.

    Electricity operated by room key. If you leave the room everything goes off including A/C. Breakfast was very so-so and pricey. Don't eat the scrambled eggs. Despite my confirmation hotel has no record of my reservation.

    An excellent & smiling staff,obviously fairly new as everything was pristine.Breakfasts fit for royalty.Got to mention "Rose and Barbara" a credit to your organisation.

    Indeed it was unfortunate that two out of the three lifts were u/s for three days,especially so as we were on the 4th floor.Never mind we'll be back shortly.

    "The hotel was very clean and the staff were more then helpful. We would use this hotel again without hestitation. Close to public transport and also some tourist sights. A quite area on weekends and quite managable during the week. Onsite facilties were excellent and the bar was very handy. " (107521242)

    Being knocked up by the cleaning maid at 8.30am Food nothing like as good as Premier Inn Gatwick - Coffee and Croisants both tasteless Tacky breakfast room

    Welcoming and efficient staff, quiet and comfortable room, good food.

    I would say the only bad point with the hotel I stayed in is that breakfast does not commence until 7am which is too late for business travellers and/or workers who have committments and need to be up early.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Enough lifts. Wide range of breakfast time.

    Air condition in the breakfast room too cool! I catched a cold there when sitting with wet hair. Small tables (for two persons). Window too small and no possibility to open it (for fresh air in the night). Not enough wardrobe for two persons.

    Bed and shower are good!

    The facilities are so dressed down that it's beginning to look like a hostel...No shower cap, no cookies anymore, toilet paper that keeps tearing up when trying to get it out of the holder, watery foam soap, 1 towel that does not smell very nicely, cheap cheap coffee and tea (and too little of it!!), no bathrobe: For a more than average price the facilities are more than minimal. I don't want to end up buying my own tea (which I did), take a pyjama with me (which I had to since you do not provide for a robe), take a shower cap with me (which I had to) etcetera. Either you lower the price to under 100 GBP during the week, or you start bringing back the average required facilities!

    Modern, large rooms, bar open all night long, good location, good quality breakfast

    Breakfast does not start until 7am. This is unacceptable for a majority of business travellers, who need to leave the hotel by 7-7:30am. A majority of hotels geared for business travellers open their breakfast at 6-6:30am.

    Excellent staff and ease of systems for booking. Good info

    Shower soap container empty in shower. Air conditioning very noisy had to turn it off and room temp dropped making it cold but was one or the other to get some sleep.

    I was very pleased with my room it was very well presented, comfortable and exceptionally clean. The bathroom and shower were perfect and I liked the fact the shower had an adjustable shower head which you don't always find in hotels.

    My only little (girlie)niggle would be that room could have done with a decent hairdryer!

    when complaining about the heating not working i was given a 'no quibble' full refund and the reception manager was extremely polite and apologetic. I was very impressed.

    The high standard of the hotel was completely let down by the heating facility in the room. It was a cold night and the heating did not work properly and kept throwing out cold air despite turning the thermostat up to full. It was also very noisy even when turned off it still threw out cold air so I couldn't even stop it. I was offered another room but this also had the same problem. I overheard another guest complaining about the heating controls not working when i was checking out.

    The Room was nice and clean and had all the things we required for our overnight stay

    There was a bomb scare on arrival and the hotel staff were not as helpful as they could of been but I understand perhaps they had not had to deal with that before. We tried to check in at 4.45pm as we had to be back out at an event at 6.30pm we were allowed back into the hotel at 5.30pm so it was a bit of a rush to be at the event but can't be helped

    Very clean room, conveniently located hotel.

    Earlier check in would be advantageous, as I didnt get my keycard (which didnt work)!, until I arrived back at the hotel in the early hours of the following morning, and had to go through the process of retrieving luggage and finalising the check in process.

    The windows in the room were all locked & we were not permitted to open them, so there was no fresh air at all. The room smelled noticeably of cleaning materials, so we were exposed to these chemicals for the entire duration of our stay.

    "We thoroughly enjoyed out stay at Sleep Inn, we will definately use this hotel again when we visit London. It was very handy for the local attractions and good value for money. Our bedroom was lovely too, very modern and exceptionally clean" (97185036)

    It was very handy for the local attractions, only short walk from Tower Hill tube station. Our room was great, next to the reception on the ground floor. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast was lovely

    "Overall I was very happy with the room and the cafe facilities. It is also very convenient for the Tower of London where I was filming the next morning. Despite being in a busy part of town the room was very quiet. All delightful and a lovely power shower. I felt slightly awkward when checking out to be told I'd booked 2 nights when I knew I had only booked one but the problem was quickly rectified." (97448830)

    Good clean and comfortable accommodation. Staff were helpful. Convenient for tube .

    Overpriced and noisy with building site next door and train noise.
