    Very clean. Good facilities

    Not enough towels. Cooker didn't heat properly. Wasn't shown apartment on arrival by staff

    Great, quiet location. Lovely, contemporary apartment which was tastefully furnished. Loved the security (gated complex/parking).

    Security/fire alarm in apartment was over-sensitive.

    Apartment is excellent. Much more freedom than a hotel & a greater sense of privacy & personal space. Great location.

    Had to wait for someone to arrive with the key to our apartment. Was told that I should have received an email with a meeting time on it, never received this email.

    "Excellent location for city centre, millenium stadium, main motorway and train station. Wish we had time to use the gym and pool!! First class accomodation." (97047179)

    Everything was first class!!

    Please put curtains in bedroom rather than verticle blinds, it was a bit bright by 04:30!!!!!

    "Normally we choose to stay in an hotel. This is the first time we have chosen an apartment and have been very pleased with the space and freedom that this has given to us. Knowing the car was safely parked in a secure area also gave us peace of mind. Although we did not fully use the well equipped kitchen in our short stay the facility of having a fridge/freezer was very useful. We certainly would consider this type of accommodation in the future." (97040701)

    "Little misleading about leisure facilities were not within the flats where we were located, more information would have been helpful. A map of the area to enable us to get our bearings, as we were a little out on a limb ie with locating restaurants etc. Although flat was excellent, if we were staying longer than a weekend, would have liked more cooking dishes and information about where we could shop for supplies."     A very modern flat with plenty of space and nicely decorated.

    Unable to access Sky TV - would have taken our own card if we had known.

    excellent appartment with good facilities. very clean and tidy with all furnishings and linen etc to a very high standard. concierge very helpful

    could have done with a street map of the area within the info pack in the appartment, although the concierge was able to assist with directions.

    "We had a fabulous time in great surroundings and the fact that the apartment was so well fitted out and luxurious just added to the enjoyment of our stay, would definately recommend and will be using you again when we are next in Cardiff, many thanks" (99715311)

    The apartment was very modern and immaculately clean with all the equipment and facilities required

    Could not fault the accommodation at all it was first class
