    Always excellent, no problems at all.

    Parking could be a problem,especially maybe for families if the weather was poor, but at least the parking is secure.

    friendly, helpful staff. Comfort of room, reasonable prices of food and drink

    My elderly mother had difficulty getting into and out of bath - next time we'll book disabled room! Some parts of communal areas could be cleaner (same dead insect in place throughout stay)

    Couldn't fault the room; was much bigger than expected with all mod cons & very clean. Staff very friendly on phone and in person.

    Communal areas and Reception give the impression of a hostel when in fact the standard of the rooms is quite high. Only gripe about staying in Norwich City Centre on a Saturday night was the noise which continued until 4am. Had we known we would have requested a room at the back rather than over the entrance.

    Extremely clean, nice size room, excellent bed, friendly staff.

    Would have liked a little more choice in the continental breakfast. Cooked breakfast was fine.

    Good position in the City. Rooms and bed very spacious. Food very good value. Staff friendly. Nice to have the extra tea, coffee, milk etc. sachets in the foyer to top up room supplies if needed.

    Could do with air-conditioning!

    Close to centre city Great big beds

    Too hot, poorly ventilated. the shower was like a steam room, everything came out damp, disappointing for a newly built hotel. Our room wasn't serviced as they didn't come to do it till 3.30pm when we were back in from a day out.

    "We were two female friends staying in Norwich for a week-end break and it was made more pleasurable by the hotel. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The quality of the breakfast was better than a lot of more expensive hotels. The toaster was amazing!" (107349436)

    Good position, lovely staff, great breakfast. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. Good value for money and we would definitely use Premier Inns again.

    Found the breakfast excellent and the room very comfortable.

    Wish there were more disabled parking spaces. My wife is in the process of applying for a blue badge and has tremendous difficulty walking it was a bit of a slog for her to walk to the car.

    Staff very freindly and helpful, easy to find. Very central easy walking distance to shops theatre ect. I would stay again.

    Being in a built up area the noise circulates, the glass recyclig bins were emptied early Friday morning and this woke us up, I would stay there again but would definately ask for a different room.

    Staff were very friendly and helpful. Seemed to have a "joined up" aporach to service. Interchangeable with each other and efficient

    We got stuck in a lift for a time when it stopped between floors and it had been out of service the day before but we managed to turn that into a laugh.

    Free, secure car park close by. Evening meal menu, excellent. Breakfast menu very good. Quiet night's sleep. Good pillows.

    "we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it. Lots of hot water, comfy bed and a nice TV with all Freeview channels! Norwich is a fine town to spend a few days in and you could do a lot worse than this hotel." (107492153)

    Clean room, quiet, slept well. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extra but was good value and worth the price. Extra towels etc. got with no problems at all. Car park was free.

    Disappointed about internet access in the foyer - we wanted to know what was on at the pictures and it was not possible to check this out freely and easily. The hotel is on the one-way system and was 'down-stream' of the car park so you had to go all the way round once you had dropped off the luggage etc.. Once you knew the way it was no problem.

    Good size rooms, comfortable bed, clean and new

    The heating is not central so when I arrived on Sunday night my room was freezing cold. I had to keep the heater on all night to warm the room up.
