    "Great stay, glad i chose Premier Inn and will definately being staying there again. The staff and service were superb. i enjoyed an excellent meal in the restaurant and an equally good breakfast, for the first time i found an hotel bed that i was actually comfortable in. " (108324978)

    We had problems with the :meal deals: staff were not very clear at all about how these work and we ended up paying more than the price for two nights accomadation with breakfast.And wine glasses were dirty.

    "i have never stayed with premier inn before , but i was very impressed. the staff were very friendly, the lobby , resturant and dining area were cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. The bedroom had nice high windows with lots of natural light and decorated with nice pastel colours. have never stayed with premier inn before , but was very impressed ( especialy the breakfast , outstanding fresh food and staff very helpful. At this hotel Pat and the chef ( name unknown ) really deserve some good feedback." (107589219)

    staff were well informed of the local area , very willing to help and very friendly. lobby was spacias, clean and welcoming. the breakfast was of excellent quality, freshly cooked and with very frienly waiting staff. The room was well maintained, bed very cmfortable, and the bathroom was cleaned to a high standard.Outstandind security, between the lift area and the bedrooms

    No inroom safe. Unfortunatly the carpet in my room was not as clean as i would of liked ( as in staind ).

    Pleasant room with opening window

    Tiling around shower base broken. Staff who took breakfast order got totally confused and served us with wrong food although eventually rectified.

    Space and cleanliness

    Would like to see spare toilet rolls The swipe key can be annoying if you have carried everything to the 3rd floor and you find it does not work

    I think the walls where too thin (inregards to hearing what your neighbours are getting up to).

    Everything within this hotel was excellent.

    Parking in front of the hotel is restrictive but there is an underground car park beneath it.

    "Overall we would go back and intend to. Bar prices were what I regard as a London price (expensive) and basically stopped us from staying within the hotel for the evening. Make that more competitive and you would end up with more business." (97934896)

    Generally it was clean and I have stayed in more expensive places that were of a poorer quality

    There were signs of black mold around the shower area. There is no excuse for that especially when it was evident that the hotel had recently gone through a refurbishment.

    Cleanliness of room; housekeeping staff were very helpful.

    Rooms appear to be set up for business travellers who stay for maybe one or two nights. Total lack of drawer and/or adequate closet space was very inconvenient for a female staying 8 nights.

    It's not in a very nice area of town, although peaceful and quiet I didn't feel like wandering abroad at night

    clean, convenient, easy to get to, friendly helpful staff and excellent value for money

    family suite assumes you're staying with a partner so has one huge bed and one small. I was staying with my sister and her son so ended up in the small bed but had a very comfortable sleep anyway and really have no complaints
