    enige minpuntje, de deuren van de kamers "sloegen" dicht ipv "zachtjes" telkens eventjes schrikken

    Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast! Staff very patient and helpful especially as I had them searching for two phone chargers that I mistakenly thought I had left behind in the room!

    location was easy to reach from the motorway.Plus it made it easy to get to the places we wanted to visit.

    The facilities and the staff were very good.

    Only one bad point. Could not obtain hot water for shower so had to have a bath. This was reported to reception the following morning and we are sure that it would be dealt with.

    Pleasant atmosphere. Very convenient for where we wanted to go. Easy parking, room was ready on early. Room was nice and quite.

    position of hotel excellent for Wembley Arena. Good size room and bathroom.

    The restaurant area is not big enough for the size of the hotel, had to wait 15 minutes to get a table at 6pm and over 20 minutes for breakfast.

    Didn't know it was so closed to Wempley Park stations so went to Wembley Central station and walked - not the best of moves!

    "Stayed one night on the 03-10-09 to watch Michael Mcintyre, arrived at 11am and was allowed to check in and go to my room although the booking e-mail said check in time is not untill 2pm, parking was very simple and very cheap, the room was great, loads of space and comfy beds, the bathroom was nice and clean with a great shower, had dinner and breakfast in the resturant and both were fantastic. Will deffinatly stay at this hotel on my next trip to london. Is also in a great location to visit the wembley stadium/arena and very easy to travel into the centre of london." (107884988)

    originally looked to book the room as was close to the stadium where our event was being held - would possibly choice it for closeness

    didnt actually book the room in the end as the cost was expensive for just the one night and no transport included in price, so we got a different deal which cost £50 more but gave us an additional night plus train travel

    "Your staff were good and friendly. The room was clean, bright, and spaceous though minimal. I had no problem with that. If I were to attend another event in the Wembley area, then I would be happy to stay in your hotel but hope that the cost for the room only would not be this high." (107372040)

    I had actually selected the bed and breakfast option on the internet, but the booking came back as room only. Also the rates were different. I would have preferred a showercap and conditioner etc in the bathroom considering the room was not £40 as advertised on Tv and in broadsheets and magazines. I paid £70/80 per night for room only. I was in Wembley for a 3 day intensive seminar and had arrived at the hotel straight from work. I would usually expect a few essentials in the room as in other hotels to make my stay a bit more comfortable and lighten my luggage load.

    Reception good and dealt with quickly

    Room dis not have a shower curtain so bathroom floor was liable to flooding. More security lighting is needed in the car park as a car was broken into overnight and there were areas not well lit.Woken at 1.30 am by fire alarm but no apparent fire drill.

    Breakfast was excellent value. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked an evening meal, which was excellent. The service was quick and the food well cooked and presented.

    Only one complaint, was the lack of hot water in our bathroom when we arrived. We informed reception and someone adjusted the thermostat on shower, which sprayed water in every direction, but solved the problem. However, we could only get hot water from the taps in the morning.

    Large room, Excellent shower facilities.

    Transport links were poor. Underground and bus services suspension caused great disruption although this was through no fault of the hotel.

    Staff couldnt have been more helpful. Very good experience.

    Room stank of smoke, and as we checked-in after an event at Wembley Stadium the check-in process and queues was over an hour - standing outside in the rain and cold for most of it ! They needed more staff on the reception to cope!

    "We stayed at this hotel on the 5th April 08 as we had been given tickets to the F A Cup semi -final and only booked the hotel that day online we were surprised we were able to get a hotel so close to Wembley Stadium at such short notice. We arrived after a 3 hour journey and couldn't believe just how close to the stadium the hotel was. Even though it was 6 p.m managed to get a car parking space in the hotel car park £5 for entire stay.The hotel is also right next to a tube station which we used to take us to central london the next morning to do some sightseeing (15 mins). Staff all polite and friendly. Fast check in. Rooms were large enough for a family of 4." (97274606)

    the website offers you a family room and a double room, but upon arrival you are told you cannot have a family room, and not only that, you have to pay a further £80 for another room.
