    The breakfast bar was quite nice.

    We were tired and had lost our way getting to the hotel, did not help matters to find the night staff at the recption looking unapproachable and not very welcoming at all.

    lovely big clean room. comfortable bed. very friendly staff.

    pillows a little uncomfortable and lumpy, shower cream ran out after 2 showers , water pressure for showering could have been better ,poor bathroom accessories eg no toothbrush holder, no shower cap, no shampoo ,no conditioner,no hand cream...

    Bar & restaurant staff were really friendly, they made our stay very enjoyable and were really helpful regarding locality & taxis etc. Would definately recommend a stay at this particular hotel and would like to extend our gratitude to all the staff involved.

    Only bad points were directions off the M25 were none existent...took us ages to find it.

    "Very nice place. Lovely big room. The only downside that weekend was that the restaurant and bar were being refurbished (which I knew of in advance by a telephone call from the hotel). It would be nice to have a few chairs and tables situated somewhere outside so you can have a smoke in comfort. Generally though I thought the place was excellent and Im sure the restaurant and bar would be good too." (107925495)

    Decor was very nice and modern, staff friendly and bed was v comfy.

    Breakfast is pricey, no fridge.

    Staff in the bar and restaurant were excellent and made us feel very welcome.

    Our initial 'welcome' was somewhat frosty. and on asking questions about the restaurant and breakfast options were met with monosyllabalic and grudging replies.

    good location and secure car park

    I get discount from the other hotel group we use - its annoying to pay full price for a business trip - especially for a sunday night stop over.

    The food was excellent and plenty of it, the staff very friendly, rooms are very comfortable.

    No outside seating area.

    easy access from motorway, good healthy food, lovely comfortable bed

    we overlooked the car park, curtains were closed but let too much light in from the car park. we needed to put both chairs up against the curtain ends.
