    schoon, netjes, ruim, goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, mooi. uitchecken was super snel. ook het dichtste bij het vliegveld van heatrow.

    de rij om in te checken was erg lang vanwege drukte.

    Great Spa facilites for all the family

    The hotel was very difficult to locate even with google maps and sat nav... The food was very over priced for what it was.

    A comfortable and calm room situated close to Heathrow airport. Excellent English breakfast included in the room rate.

    The reception desk was a little bit confused during check-in and check-out processes. I did first not get a receipt and then my credit-card was charged twice. One of the charges was refunded, but I lost a little bit due to changes in the exchange rate.

    Though I didn't request an "early check in", the clerk found an available room for us. I was appreciative of that because we were very tired after a 10-hour flight. Otherwise we would have had to wait 6 hours for a room because we arrived at 9:00 a.m.

    The service in the cafe was slow, but the food was worth the wait. I was not sure how to adjust the thermostat in my room. In fact I'm not even sure it can be adjusted; might be a fixed temperature. My body temperature tends to run warm, so I wanted to lower the temperature in my room, but the thermostat is not very user friendly.

    Excellent CUstomer service and relations at Reception and in the Cafe

    Restruarant Carvery Meal was poor and cold.....quality of food poor not to the standard we expected. As a result we did not eat.

    dust on the wall above the bed was unbelievable for any grade of hotel never mind a 4 star. someone before us had already scrolled their name and a few doodles in it.

    Clean - modern facility Pleasant, reasonably helpful staff Good breakfast

    Check in very poorly organised. Long line of guests trying to check in when we arrived. Only 2 staff working on the desk although eventually 2 more arrived (after about 20 mins) I rechecked the line2 hours after our check in and there was a long line at that time as well. Only one pillow per person Ice only available from room service.

    Nice tv as well as the working staff, it was a pleasure talking to them. Also the hotel had a very convenient restaurant "Bravo Bravo."

    I only had one pillow, a second one would have probably made it better.

    room was very poor plate bowl and knife and fork left outside hotel room door room was horrible i thought i would try this hotel as i work for sheraton in green park and i stayed at the skyline and your hotel was the worst i will not be booking with you again the manager even had a attitude

    room nice and clean, hotel staff friendly

    bravo bravo restaurant staff rude and unhelpful and the food is horrible. only one member of staff checking in guests so it took along time to get to our room and after a long flight which is the last thing you want!

    The whole experience was worthwhile! Handiness using the Hoppa H2 bus, the meal at the Bravo restaurant,which was also great for vegetarians with the buffet- even on the South American evening.All the staff I came into contact with were helpful.

    only one minor - no teaspoon for my evening cup of tea in my room!

    "Thankfully, I stayed here for two nights, firstly, on arrival and then overnight before departure. The reason for choosing this hotel was because of the swimming pool as I am disabled and needed to break the journey and swim for medical reasons. I would not choose to stay for longer periods."     Good location for Heathrow airport. General staff pleasant and polite Concierge very helpful and understanding.

    Hotel in need of feshening up - rooms look tired and dated Reception staff did not really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I felt that the hotel was catering for the business world and the staff behaved somewhat mechanically, treating you as a number rather than an individual

    Ease of access to Heathrow airport - staff efficient and breakfast choice excellent, catering for all requirements.

    a little bit pricey, although location in London area probably accounts for this. I had previously stayed in a Best Western Hotel in Glasgow for half the price.

    no free internet, young man on switchboard was hopeless with directions and conciege not available apparently. We were completely lost. Metal coffee cups are too hot to use until the drink is too cold. Maybe ceramic might be better

    The beds were comfortable, nice dark window shade, plenty of storage area, they let me check out at 1PM at no extra charge. I had access to a computer in business area to check in for my flight and email for a fee. Fridge and safe in the room.

    It was hard to flush the toilet, not enough towels for family of 4, not enough tea, cups and sweetner for 4. (I booked a family room for 4) extremely long wait for check in (long line). Since the airport is right there the transportation to the airport terminals should be free (4 pounds per adult for the Hoppa bus to terminal 5)! Not really for made for families definately business. It needs an affordable restaurant, theirs is too expensive.

    The really helpful maintanece man who sorted out the heating situation for me so fast even though he was the only person covering the whole hotels 895 rooms. The gentleman loking after the lesiure centre with the beard...really lovely. Great swimming pool and sauna.

    clean room and bathroom. The pool was nice, warm and clean. staff very polite, helpful and pleasant.

    food very expensive and not much of it and not that good. Charges for shuttle bus, whereas some other hotels supply free bus service.

    Would have liked to pay by credit card on the internet, rather than this number being used just to reserve the room. The toiletries could be improved, the soap was difficult to get into the packaging and not very good, and only shampoo was provided.

    Staff very good, so was the food. But to pricey, meal for 2 not including desserts. £150?

    Only 2 members of staff on check in, waited 15 mins. Conference had ended and all checking in, should have been pre checked in and have 1 solo desk for them to allow others a speeder check in. No info given on check in only pointed to lifts, no meation of the upgrade, which I would have taken but only found out about it the next day.

    The concierge was very was very helpful.

    Car parking spaces were not allocated to guests leaving their cars for 8 days. The car park was overcrowded with extensive double parking.

    Excellent room althou I had to be moved as the non smoking room smelt heavily of smoke. Efficient, although a bit canteen like, breakfast.

    Car parking was a disaster, the hotel seems to take contract parking from outside sources so there is nowhere for guests to park. I arrived at 11:00 at night and didn't get to my room for over an hour.

    Internet connection in the room was awful. I spent so much time tryng to reconnect I could not watch the film that I had as part of the package.
